Wonderful atmosphere surrounded by horse ranches on all sides. The food was great and the live music was a treat. This was a great place to escape the traffic and the sirens in the city and relax.

Windy Corner Market serves a variety of foods. The catfish is quite good. The place is part of the Wallace Station group of restaurants in the Lexington area.

I wished I could have hung out here all evening. Great food and bluegrass music in a wonderful informal rural setting. Locals and visitors alike listening to the music and eating.

We were tired after a long day of adventuring, and this place was a perfect find. They had a live blue grass band playing while we were there, and we got soup, salad and sandwiches for dinner. We didn't want anything too fancy, but needed something 'real' after a day of snacking in the car. Perfect!

This is the restaurant where I take all of my out-of-town guests. It's a bit out of the way, but you drive through beautiful horse country, providing a great opportunity to showcase the best of Kentucky scenery. The food's great and has plenty of options for vegetarians (including a delicious tofu po-boy!) and people with allergies.

I've been several times and the food is always delicious. There's a variety of options and their side dishes are all great...as are their desserts. Last time I went there was a tour bus there at the same time. Avoid this situation. The interior isn't very big and with that many people smushed in there the atmosphere is loud and... More

I have had lunch and dinner at Windy Corner. The food is consistently good. It's good down home cooking with a little twist.

This is a really neat spot about 15 minutes outside of Lexington. It's got an old country general store vibe, and the food is top notch. I've never done dinner here, as the atmosphere seems more suited to a breakfast or lunch in my opinion... but I'm sure dinner would be great. As others have mentioned, it gets packed! As... More
