Definitely worth the drive, a great spot!

Wiindy Corners provides a wonderful scenic drive and location, a lovely stand-to-order menu that varies (awesome grain salad) and some very fine dessert choices. This little restaurant is nestled in the middle of "horse country" on all sides. You can eat and look out the windows to watch the horses graze. The foods pretty good and the service is friendly. There are a lot of KY Proud products used and sold in the store which I think is good business. My wife and I... More

It's a roadtrip to get there, but sit back, enjoy the scenery on the way with the horse farms, stone fences, and bluegrass, you won't be disappointed. Location is an old house on the corner of country roads looking out at the rolling hills. Service is like a sub shop in a country home. Food is primarily sandwiches. Quality is... More

Consistently on of the best burgers in Lexington. Love the "earthy" slaw. The drive out is worth it for the food and the beautiful farms. One of my favorites whenever we are in the Bluegrass

When I first discovered this place year's ago, I thought 'what? way out there?' But when you get here, you'll understand. A great casual place with some really good food. I never order the sandwiches and have always ordered the breakfast items or dinner and haven't been disappointed. Lots of locals frequent this place, so that should tell you something.

Grits are best in Lexington. Coffee and peach tea are simply put, delicious! We've been visiting Windy Corner since its opening and have never been disappointed. We especially love the atmosphere as it demonstrates what Lexington is all about. Friendly staff, green rolling hills, and horse farms are just a few of its attributes. Having a wife from Louisiana, over... More

My husband and I had been wanting to try this place for a long time. A few months ago, on one of his rare days off, we drove the 45 minutes to this place from our house. It was quaint and the baked goods looked appealing. We had 4 children in school that day and decided to buy lunch as... More

Finally a sunny Sunday with time for a drive to check out Windy Corner Market. The drive was a bit longer than I expected but worth it. Such a beautiful drive, with a charming restaurant and great food at the end. We drove down Bryan Station Rd and would have missed the restaurant if it wouldn't have been for all... More
