I stopped in to get some work done at this cafe. The coffee was good and there is a nice bar to work from that overlooks the street. I was surprised to find a full food menu. Wifi is great. No problems using Remote Desktop to connect back to the office.

Pretty sure the cashier was a drugged out zombie. She did not say anything at all or acknowledged our presense. Actually it was an uncomfortable stare. I wouldn't spend a penny in here.

Setting// large old home, tons of charm, local artwork and a few cobwebs. Lots of seating: tables, sofas, arm chairs, etc. Mostly college age people, but middle aged folks were pecking away on their iPads too. Service// friendly, agreeable, helpful staff with pleasant demeanors. Food & coffee// I had an almond joy coffee and it was light on flavor but... More

They have a quaint old house feel in their coffee house. The coffee is good and so is the food. The offerings are simple yet unique in their own way. Special Events stand out there, and it is a good meeting house for groups that like a more artsy feel.

Met a friend for breakfast, she had an amazing egg dish. I just had coffee but it was wonderful. Lovely little place. There were also a lot of electrical outlets to plug various things in to!

A great place to meet a friend, study, or just enjoy a cup. They roast their coffee in-house, and it's the best in town. Good food, too, from a couple of local places.

This is a must-see coffee shop in Lexington. It offers a quaint atmosphere filled with a variety of types of people, i.e. students, business people, artsy-types, etc. It has large tables upstairs where people can hang out, study, or play games. There's also an open-mic night with local talent. They have great salads, which is the only food I've tried,... More

I like coffee houses that smell like coffee. I like the old wooden floors and local art. Quirky is good. This is a really cool place with unique style. Go for lunch too, the sandwiches are great.

I've been going to Common Grounds since they opened 20 years ago. The place has evolved and grown over time, but still serves a good, strong cup of coffee. They also have a full beverage and light food/dessert menu. Still a popular hangout with the college crowd, Common Grounds offers a multitude of settings: noisy and active front room where... More
