Description: In July 2004 Will Pieratt and Kevin Heathcoat took a the huge leap of faith and opened Bourbon n' Toulouse by maxing out seven credit cards and simply hoping things worked out for the best. The business plan was simple: cook some damn good food, give back to the community that help keep their lights on and have as much fun as the law allows! Ten years later these guys are still extremely passionate about what they do and they haven't grown up a bit, just ask their wives! Always cooking and laughing, these guys are serious about having fun. Stop in and sample the wide array of tasty Cajun and Creole dishes, grab a beer from the ever changing selection and drift away to their own little version of The French Quarter. Not bad for a washed up musician and a retired elementary teacher!

great location downtown, a small but very functional space, fast service if you are looking for something quick or to go. They always have a good variety of specials to choose from including some vegetarian options. I think it's a great value for the $ and quality of food. Very casual so no worries there either.

Excellent food! Great gluten free choices. Food had the perfect amount of spice and heat. I had the chicken chili and the black beans with cartelized corn. Amazing! I will definitely go back:)

I eat here every chance I get!! The Red Beans and Rice with Spicy sausage is absolutely the best dish they serve - and make sure you try the Power Garlic Sauce - it is amazing!! Don't forget to get extra bread - because you will be going back if you dont! Highly recommend this place - but if you... More

B&T was just the medicine for my wife's flu bug. We love B&T dishes any time and this was a perfect excuse for carry-out. Staff is fun, swift and warm.

My family and I were looking for a locally-owned restaurant with great food when we read a review for Bourbon n' Toulouse. This is a cool, dive (in a good way) of a restaurant. Charming staff. We all ordered something different: jambalaya, gumbo and etoufee. The food was scrumptious. In particular, we loved the homemade sauces. You have to try... More

Had heard good things about Bourbon n' Toulouse and was looking forward to some good Cajun food. The staff were wonderful and did a great job of describing the food and the various choices. Unfortunately the food was mainly sauce over rice and the crawfish weren't fresh leaving them tasting fishy. We had to wipe down our table as it... More

I ate lunch here during my one day visit and can't wait to go back. I had Black beans and carmelized corn. Very well seasoned and tasty. I would have like more beans in the dish. Next time back, I'm going to try the Red beans and sausage, or the Jambalaya, or maybe the Chicken étouffée. Decisions, decisions, They have... More

The étouffée is good, but what kind of Cajun place serves hot dogs? Very strange. I didn't care for the jambalaya as it tasted like it was prepared and frozen.
