A Gem

I did some research on eateries in Lagrange before I made my trip. 119 W. Main came up time and again as a recommended stop. So I decided to see if the reviews were true. They were. Frankly, when this place first opened, I was disappointed--nothing seemed that great. However, with the passing of time marginal service has become very good, the menu has improved, and the food seems much better ( I don't think it ever was bad). Some items arestill a little pricey, and no alcoholic beverages are available, but this is still a good... More

My family was traveling home from Louisville to Dayton and we decided to stop here for lunch. The cute little restaurant had great food, fast and friendly service. My dad loved the The Choo Choo Choo which was a bologna fried sandwich. I had their hamburger, which was cooked perfectly. I recommend the eggplant fries; it is an extra 2.99... More

I love coming here with my mom when she is in town to visit me. I'm a vegetarian so I usually get the pimento cheese without the ham quesadilla! I love the fried pickles and the pepper pimento appetizers. The absolute best dessert has to be the fruity pebble banana! Amazing!!!!

Great food with a twist. Clean, great service. The slammin' Salmon is great, and be sure to try the Kentucky Bacon Pie, Excellent.

I really liked this place from the minute I walked in the door. The atmosphere was fun, food delish, and our server, Bri, was wonderful. I'm looking forward to going again and trying some desserts.

Made the 40 minute journey from Louisville to this restaurant on Tuesday. It's in the heart of LaGrange by the railroad tracks. The food has some very interesting twists to such staples as the Hot Brown (Haute Brown), thanksgiving dinner, grilled pork chops, and sandwiches. However the night we were there they were out of all the variations of their... More

The service was very slow and by the time we got our food it wasn't correct. The burgers were over cooked. The place was gross with a lot bugs and dust. Overall the place was decent and the dessert was good. I probably won't come back, but for the price it wasn't bad. Great place to take kids.

6 of us were there last Thursday for my birthday - we made reservations ahead of time for 6 PM. By 6:30 the entire place was full and service became slower than usual. Food is always good; great selection from sandwiches to full meals. Nice atmosphere.;

We have only had lunch twice here,but both times the food and service has been excellent!!! My husband had the pulled pork sandwich with the pickle slaw. It was delicious!! I had the fish tacos again, they were great again!!!
