Delicious!

Delicious dinner of salmon and garden vegetables! Breakfast was also outstanding. There was almost too much food - I had to take my Shaker Lemon Pie and iced tea back to my room to eat later!

Great dinner, great service, great servers. Very accommodating and personal. And our dog Monster got to enjoy the evening with us since we were seated outside. And a must- try the salsify casserole! As two foodies, this was new to us, and a great experience. Marshmallows at the fire pit after dinner. Beat that!

Went for lunch. I was expecting some good country cooking....maybe family style...like fried chicken, country ham, biscuits, corn, green beans etc. but this is more fru-fru like fancy salads, quiche, or a 12 dollar burger. Skip the trendy meal and get desert. The lemon pie was to die for!

Dinner was amazing! Everyone raved about the quality of their food, I got salmon, my husband got fried chicken and it was all fantastic. Sides are family-style, which was fun. Most the veggies were fresh from the gardens on the grounds, and you can taste the difference! Breakfast, however, was a major disappointment after such a fabulous dinner. Its basically... More

Excellent friend green tomatoes appetizer. I had a vegetable tart and my husband had fried chicken - very moist. Great yeast rolls, and lots of vegetables to be enjoyed. Breakfast was a buffet but had lots of options.

This location is called "Trustee's Table" in the sources I've seen, maybe TA will want to update the title? Anyway-- My wife and I enjoyed a brief visit to the Shaker Village attraction, in which this restaurant is located. The setting is in one of the 19th-century Shaker buildings that are preserved at this site, and it's architecturally intriguing, especially... More

Having eaten here perhaps four times over the years it always has been good, What I enjoy is not only the food but how quite it is.

The prices are a little more than I'm used to paying when traveling, especially since there's a split plate fee of $5 or more, but every meal we ate was perfect. Teenaged daughter said they were the best meals she's ever had. It's fun to dine there because you choose your entree and the sides are whatever the chef is... More

This restaurant in the historic Shakertown Village, near Harrodsburg, is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner. It is located in one of the historic buildings along the "streets" of Shakertown. The meals are true Kentucky cooking & done exceptionally well. Country ham, cornbread sticks & the famous Kentucky Hot Brown are all examples. The lemon pie is unique in... More

We stopped for lunch. My husband had the Kentucky Brown while I had Mary's Salad. The sandwich was not as flavorful as I hoped it would be. The salad however was PERFECT for a warm day. We were thinking about staying for dinner but we were too full from lunch.
