Were here for breakfast twice during our stay. The food was OK. Service was OK. Restaurant was dirty. Food tasted OK but I couldn't get past the cleanliness of the place.

Myself with family of 3 stopped here on our way out from land between the lakes. Not busy at all. Service is great and food was good. Freindly conversation... and really really enjoyed it.

We went for lunch on a Saturday. The building is in poor repair, ceiling tile damaged from roof leaks, washroom needs a good cleaning, old outdated tables and chairs some in need of repair. Wait people are very nice but also very slow. Food was a little less than average, and just barely warm when served.

I chose this restaurant because I love BBQ but was extremely disappointed. The pork was smoked and had a good flavor and the bun had a generous portion, but there was very little sauce on the meat so it was quite dry. The sandwich came by itself or with french fries and there was no other choices to chose from.... More

Mr. BBQ was highly rated, so it was on the list as a possible place to eat. We saw it the first day when we ate at the Lite Side next door. From the outside, we weren't sure. But, we were glad we went. We were greeted by a local person going in. It appears to be a great "local"... More

I truly love Bar-B-Que Ribs but have a problem with finding good ribs and just as important to me is finding a restaurant that serves a sufficient amount of ribs to satisfy me. We went to Mr. BBQ on Friday and I had the large rib plate and believe me I had all I could eat of great ribs. They... More

They have opened for the summer season with a new plan, no smoking and a squeaky clean dining room. Still the same great breakfast and pit cooked barbecue!

This place is no "looker" either inside or out but still offers a decent and reasonably priced breakfast. Good waitress, very helpful, friendly and efficient. Smoking allowed here although it doesn't seem to be smoked up. Lots of variety of hot sauces and a very hot dry pepper concoction.

Sat ourselves, no problem. Looked like a place where lots of locals gather. We were obviously not from the area. The waitress was a little slow at greeting us, taking coffee order. Once she did, she was great. The food was very good and well worth the stop. By the time we left, we thought we was a couple of... More

For a Saturday night meal in this wonderful little town we went to Mr. B-B-Q and we both had very wonderful meals of delicious Bar-B-Que Ribs. They were very tastey with tender fall off the bone meat. The unique thing is that we had had lunch at a much more prominently named Bar-B-Que location that was a disappointing experience so...
