Description: month. The old house has been renovated and is just lovely for an upscale dinner at a reasonable price point. Entrees are served with a choice of soup, salad or sweet and range from $15 - $20. Appetizers range from $5. - $9. We had the crab cakes to start - the sauce was lovely but the crab cake was on the cold side. The Bourbon Barrel Salmon was outstanding but my lamb special was served less than warm, a overdone for my liking - when speaking with the server, she went back to the kitchen and I was told this was the last of the lamb needed more au jus or some mint sauce to complement. Upon request for mint sauce they brought out the chefs homemade special steak sauce. It was wonderful! It went well with the roasted lamb. The roasted vegetables were delicious albeit just warm.

This is fine dining at it's best! Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. We dine here often because it is the ONLY fine dining around. We highly recommend Rodney's On Broadway to everyone who asks where to have dinner. Chef Rodney Jones prepares everything from mouth watering prime beef to seafood specials, lamb, duck and homemade pasta. There is something... More

Had the special of the night, Red Snapper $35.00 only to discover that nothing came with it. Other entres at least had two compliments. Although the fish was tasty it surely did not leave me with a good feeling that we made a good choice of meeting our friends in our home town. One drink, dinner and no dessert our... More

We have been to Rodney's two times in the past year or so, and it was outstanding both times. I can with confidence say that it is one of the best restaurants anywhere, and the food, drink and service are top notch. This is an absolute gem that should not be missed.

I was recently in Georgetown and went to Tripadvisor as I normally do to find the best restaurants around. The number one choice was Rodney's. I headed there and almost missed it because i was expecting a commercial building, not a restaurant in an old house on the corner. What a grand experience. I started with the goat cheese soup--very... More

As an avid business traveler, finding memorable and quality places to dine is challenging. It is difficult to find a dining experience at a restaurant that offers the same elements of my favorite 'back home' bistro, but Rodney's makes my grade. I was pleasantly welcomed & seated by the nicest hostess in the bar/lounge area. While I was settling in,... More

First of all Rodney is great. I just love that he actually comes around and speaks with the guests; not intrusive, genuinely cares about your experience. The restaurant itself has four different settings: formal dining, casual fireplace quasi-bar area with high tops, outside patio and the bar. My wife and I always choose a different setting depending on our mood.... More

Did not eat here after difficulty with the hostess. It was a Saturday night and I anticipated restaurants would be busy so thought a reservation might be necessary. Noticed on restaurant's website a reservation button so checked it out. There were tables available at 7, 7:15, 7:30, 8:00, etc. reviewed our dining options with the rest of our party and... More

I had the special spinach and portobello with shrimp soup at Rodney's and it was by far the best thing I've ever eaten. For dinner I had the signature pasta with linguini, spinach, and mushrooms. My husband had the special fish (I don't remember the name but similar to sea bass) with dill sauce and both entrees were incredible. I'm... More

WOW! Did I say WOW! In town for business. Asked some locals about Rodney's and no one had heard of it. Relying on Trip Advisor as always I choose this restaurant for a group of 4 who did not want to eat at the typical fast food chains in Georgetown. Food was fantastic, good presentation, great staff and atmosphere. We... More

great food, great atmosphere, . I liked the old house setting and the ambiance it brings to the meal. The waiters and waitresses are top notch. I had a Ribeye steak that was just out of this world. The care in the presentation of the food makes it a more personal experience than one would get at a chain restaurant.
