We stopped by on our way home from Gatlinburg to Chicago. We came in and the girl who took our order tried to change it at the register. We asked for two whole sandwiches and she tried to give us the pick two. No, we wanted two when sandwiches. When we got that straight, the food came quickly, probably because... More

Let me begin by saying I frequent Paneras several times a month in southern California. I know their methods of operation, and the relatively good service and quality of their products. We stopped in for a quick meal, and proceeded to step in line---a line we waited in for five minutes because the two women working the counter couldn't seem... More

Love Panera! This is a great location. We were staying at HIE and walked over for lunch. The food and service were both fantastic!

Was served (we took out) about the same time afriend or fellow employee was ordering. After the orders were taken I'd say the other person received VERY personalized attention.

Love the bagels and great quick lite lunch. Is the perfect place for women to have a less heavy meal. However, my son says that it is good food for him but just not enough.

Typical Panera Bread....average fare. Service here is particularly slow. Not the friendliest either....

Great fresh salads, with bread! Nice pastries. Fast service. Much better then stopping for fast food when you are in a hurry.

I love how Panera puts the calories of their menu items on the board. Everyone needs to get a Panera reweards card because every once in a while, you'll get a good reward..... free soup anyone? I wouldn't mind it being a little warmer inside, but I know this time of the year it's difficult to control.

Great assortment of breads, breakfast, lunch and dinner items. Breakfast Egg dishes are way over priced. Little Egg soufle for breakfast nearly $4.00 :-(. Great soups, salads and nice place to bring your laptop early in the day. Recently renovated and more seats added making this place very unfomfortable during peak lunch hours. What was the management thinking ($$$$$).

Panera is always packed at lunch time and I've never had a bad meal there. Your food is up quickly and they have items on the menu that aren't deep fried which is sometimes hard to find in Kentucky. They can be a little pricey for a sandwich or a salad but they're not out of line with the other... More
