The main positive to Adelia's is their desserts. Their desserts are pretty delicious. The rest of the restaurant is just average. The sandwiches are what you would expect from a normal lunch experience, except too much dressing is used. The side options such as mixed fruit or broccoli salad are typical sides at a deli. Adelia's does have a good... More

A good but not great lunch shop. Some prices seemed high. Limited variety of deserts were well made. Featured items like baked spaghetti with salad are tasty. If you are looking for a nice homestyle place to grab a bite of lunch this is it, but if you are looking for something out of the usual you may be disappointed.

Just ate at Adelia's and wow what a treat! The restaurant is impeccably organized and the food is excellent. I had the quiche and my brother had the Reuben! Reasonably priced and excellent food. It has a family atmosphere which is nice on lunch break!

Tried Adelia's for lunch, based on the reviews here on TripAdvisor. Frankly, I was disappointed. The atmosphere is like a crowded deli and it would seem they have outgrown their small space here. My chef salad had plenty of lettuce but suffered from a shortage of the other ingredients. Chicken salad was tasty, but overloaded with mayonnaise. Good service from... More

Always good food, locally owned and great service. One of the very few good Frankfort restaurants. Excellent for lunch and open for dinner on thurs and fri. Tried the southern comfort sandwich today - was amazing!!! The dark chocolate pie is the best ever.

Since we have been here many times, we were not surprised at the great lunch we had today. The fried green tomatoes were truly the best ever! Our daughter had a chipotle ranch wrap with Greek pasta sald; my husband had a summer comfort sandwich with fruit salad, and I had curried egg salad wrap with fruit salad. And we... More

We ate lunch at Adelia's last week based on tripadvisor restaurant reviews and had perhaps our best sandwiches ever. Our adult son who lives in DC and is a Food Network junkie said it was perhaps the best sandwich he had ever eaten. We will return to Frankfort in October for a 50th HS reunion and you can bet we... Our company ordered lunch for us one weekend and they ordered a variety of wraps and sandwiches. I picked the California wrap! It had turkey, avocado, tomato... Just to name a few ingredients. Everything was fresh and delicious! I love this place.

We went to Adelia's after a tour at the Buffalo Trace distillery and had a very nice lunch. The food is prepared with lots of love and the owner was extraordinary welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the region. If you are looking for cheap fast food go for a McDonalds. Adelia's still isn't expensive at all... More
