When you enter, you feel you are in a nursing home. The decor is so tired, but the oilcloth table cloths are gross...and sticky. The other creepy part of eating here is dealing with the huge number of elderly people screaming into their cell phones. The menu was reasonably varied, with lots of choice from full meals to sandwiches. Our... More

Monday and Tuesday nights are their family style chicken dinners. THE best chicken we have ever had. They also bring bowls of green beans (country style), mashed potatoes, gravy and simply amazing biscuits! If you want an appetizer be sure to try the onion rings. I have never seen any so large!! and just as delicious. Anything on the menu... More

This restaurant was recommended by a older local gentleman working at Field and Stream. It's locally owned and had a large selection of bourbons. I tried one of their signature drinks the bourbon slush. Different but very good, a semi frozen orange juice and bourbon with a splash of ginger ale. Most people dining were having the family style fried... More

This has been our favorite restaurant for some time since I moved here in 2014. Consistent in almost all facets of this local landmark. I have traveled and dined at many locations, but know that the Greyhound Tavern has excellent food and the best Bourbon Slushies in the entire area! My wife won't drink anyone else's.

Went here as it had a mention in one of the Lee Brothers' cookbooks for its fried chicken. It didn't disappoint. The onion rings were crisp and light and the fried chicken fantastic. The sides were tasty. This is unpretentious Southern food in an old fashioned setting. Service was excellent. Interesting find.

The Greyhound restaurant is a great place to eat. It is an attractive place with good service and great food. It is reasonable priced and easy to find. It can seat a couple or a large good. Be sure to try it.

Within 8 minutes of downtown Cincinnati, this tavern has earned it name, and continues to thrive in an ever increasing market of commercial chain restaurant. Sitting on old Dixie Highway in the heart of Fort Mitchell, just approaching this wondrous old building will tell you that you are in for something.....original. This is more like I remember when eating out... More

This place is like stepping back in the past to a time when restaurants were someplace special to go. The ambiance, the food and the service were all great! I would recommend going here if you love either good southern food or something a little fancier. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely revisit the next time we are... More

I have to say that I love fried chicken. I have eaten fried chicken all throughout the south. This is THE best! Whenever we are traveling in this area we make sure to stop.
