Went for my wife's Birthday.....

Very nice family owned restaurant. My open faced roast beef dinner was very good. On this Sunday evening, we had reservations and our party of 6 was seated within minutes of arriving. This place in famous for their onion rings, but had to pass this night....

The Greyhound Inn offers a broad menu and lovely setting for dining. My wife and I met friends for lunch. My wife had Pasta Gabriel and I had the vegetable plate; we also had side salads. Everything was delicious. My friends had the salmon dishes, and they were equally pleased with their meal. The service was very good. Since this... More

Wife and I will eat here a couple of times a month, usually for dinner but today's experience was a late lunch. Service could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The Hot Brown is a signature dish, and it is creamy and scrumptious. The fried cod sandwich is also a tasty sandwich. My wife will get that frequently. Tuesday... More

Went with family - 3 adults and a 1 year old baby. Our food came out, except for the baby's.....we were told that baby's food would be out soon.....just would have thought some care would have been given to make sure that the baby's food was brought out at the same time or even FIRST.....it's the little things that bring... Travelled over the bridge from Cincinnati to try to find a taste of the Kentucky local cuisine known as a Hot Brown. Greyhound Tavern IS NOT the place to find it. I was disappointed first of all in the temperature of the dish, only luke warm. Toast points were fine, Turkey was cold (probably reheated from cold which is why... More

This whole place is amazing. The food (the fried chicken especially), the service, the atmosphere. I love it here, and it's great for any occasion. Dates, business dinners, family dinners, etc.

My friends and I were traveling home to Madison County Ky , we decided to stop and eat. I searched for places to eat close to the exit and found the Tavern. The food is good. Southern home cooking. The fried chicken was wonderful, the onion rings huge and good. Service great , portions large. Check out this great place.

You either "get" this place..... or you don't. As a born and bred Ky woman, I can testify that the Greyhound Tavern is the real deal. Their food is just what was served in my childhood home over 60 years ago. Except, I do think my Grandmother's food just might have been a little better, but isn't that the way... More

The food here was excellent. Service was good as well. It has a nice, old fashioned atmosphere. Went here for a business dinner and we all enjoyed our food and were left alone to enjoy the conversation as well. Nice place. Alaskan Halibut was fantastic.
