Best local restaurant with top food, drink, service and ambiance!

This has been our favorite restaurant for some time since I moved here in 2014. Consistent in almost all facets of this local landmark. Went here as it had a mention in one of the Lee Brothers' cookbooks for its fried chicken. It didn't disappoint. The onion rings were crisp and light and the fried chicken fantastic. The sides were tasty. This is unpretentious Southern food in an old fashioned setting. Service was excellent. Interesting find.

The Greyhound restaurant is a great place to eat. It is an attractive place with good service and great food. It is reasonable priced and easy to find. It can seat a couple or a large good. Be sure to try it.

Within 8 minutes of downtown Cincinnati, this tavern has earned it name, and continues to thrive in an ever increasing market of commercial chain restaurant. Sitting on old Dixie Highway in the heart of Fort Mitchell, just approaching this wondrous old building will tell you that you are in for something.....original. This is more like I remember when eating out... More

This place is like stepping back in the past to a time when restaurants were someplace special to go. The ambiance, the food and the service were all great! I would recommend going here if you love either good southern food or something a little fancier. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely revisit the next time we are... More

I have to say that I love fried chicken. I have eaten fried chicken all throughout the south. This is THE best! Whenever we are traveling in this area we make sure to stop.

I was in town for work and met some customers as it is one of their spots to stop. I was very impressed with the courteous wait staff, quiet atmosphere, and exceptional food. It is a little easy to miss and drive past but is definitely worth the visit.

Hubby and I flew from our home in Northern California to Northern Kentucky to visit our son and his wife, who moved to KY a year ago. We're both familiar with the Greater Cincinnati Area, having met when we were growing up there, but this was our first visit to our son's new home. On our last night there we... More

Visited for lunch around Thanksgiving and really loved the atmosphere. Cosy, welcoming and friendly staff. There were quite a few things on the menu to tempt me, but as a major onion rings fan, I opted for those and a club sandwich. The sandwich was huge! I could only eat half of it before admitting defeat. It was really good... More

Finally had a chance to try this historic restaurant and not disappointed. Server very attentive. Everyone in my party had something different and everyone pleased with their choice. The onion rings were huge and a very tasty appetizer- can share with several people. The tomato inside the fried green tomatoes did not have a lot of taste, but just not... More
