The Grand view is really of the parking lot - you may be lucky enough to see a train go by. My spouse drinks non-alcohol beer, this place doesn't carry it. Strange in this day and age with the focus on drunk drivers. The prices were grand in the wrong way. While I found one lesser price glass, most all... More

We live nearby and go to the Grandview fairly regularly. We mainly go there to meet our friends and hang out on the patio. It is a great patio with ample seating and several TVs mounted to watch various games etc. There is a full service bar located on the patio. The servers at the Tavern are very friendly and... More

We ate outside on the patio on a pleasant evening. Food was very good and service friendly and efficient. The patio is very nice although noise level is high with the expressway and railroad tracks nearby. Live music offered is a nice idea although the group playing (folk style) on the night we visited was not to our taste.

This place rocks! The food is extraordinary, and there is a lively patio, weather permitting, where regulars congregate and enjoy reasonably priced food and drink. There is something on the menu to suit everyone's price-range and taste! This is a must-do, must-try place! You won't regret it!

Went here with a Half Off coupon since it wasn't too far away but it wasn't what I expected at all from the name. Not my idea of a tavern but that doesn't mean it was bad. Was expecting tavern type prices but this is actually a relatively expensive restaurant. Most entrée were served ala cart although there were some... More

Great Room(s)... Food comparable to Longhorn's. Cocktails comparable to Longneck's. Menu not Long Enough. Better than Long John(Silver's). Service was Long Wait at first. Comparable with Jeff Ruby(quality & $$)...Long Shot. Next visit...Long Time.

A very popular spot with something for just about everyone. Fall weather has made the patio a hot ticket. The interior has settings for lots of situations, from sports bars to formal dining areas. The menu reflects that attitude. My supper, a house salad followed by blackened Mahi was excellent. The creme brûlée was ok. There is a wealth of beer,... More

I came initialy to attend a friends going away party. Ended up having dinner inside in the really nice dining room. It was a hot hot evening and the outdoor dining was hoping on a Friday night and the bar with sports on the tv's was hopiing too. The dining room was a nice and quieter alternative! The food was... Nice variety of good tasting pub fare, good beer and wine selections and when the outdoor patio is open it is an excellent place for live music.
