We were driving back home and needed to stop for dinner off I-65. This is a great local restaurant located in a "sea" of chain restaurants off the exit. Its a place frequented by the locals who know where to go for excellent home cooked fare. The staff was attentive, friendly and informative... read more

The Good: service, salad bar, decor, interesting choices, value, location The Bad: not every dish is great This is one of the best examples of a great little restaurant in a small town. I have eaten here at least a dozen times with friends and I have never had a bad meal. It is located here the interstate and just... More

We went to this restaurant on a recommendation and it was spot on! The food was very good and the service was absolutely fantastic. I believe on of the best experiences in service I have ever had. When I am in the area again I will be going back here.

As far as Elizabethtown goes, it's the best place for a romantic dinner. Food was reasonably priced, tasted good, and the service was excellent.

In town for business and happened upon the restaurant. Very positive experience from start to finish. All of the staff were friendly and engaging. The food is not as varied as we might have liked, but everything we had (there were 3 of us) disappeared off our plates.

We're a small family, so preparing a Thanksgiving me for four is a bit silly—especially since two of us are in town for just a couple of days, so this year we returned to the Stone Hearth for their amazing Thanksgiving buffet. In short, it was wonderful. The food was delicious—all the traditional sides, plus turkey, ham, and prime rib;... More

This is a white table cloth restaurant in a mostly country and army town so I'm sure they struggle some. However, they have survived for many years and continue to offer well prepared food and a relaxing, refined atmosphere. The prices are above the surrounding plethora of places such as "Texas Roadhouse" but not exhorbitantly so. As others have said,... More

Our Party of 3 ate there for lunch recently...My 2 companions had eaten there several times over the years--my second visit in over 35 years, We got the salad bar...It was Wonderful. Buit our Gentleman Server, though good at the job & pleasant-was way, way, way, way too talkative. We 3 are friendly & do enjoy establishing a connection wherever we go, but... More

We had a large group in from out of town- and wanted a nice dinner for everyone. The waitresses were mostly attentive, but smelled of smoke every time they came to our table. The food choices were very slim for the vegetarian/vegan at our table. The salad bar was nice and fresh, but the the rest of the food seemed... More

The environment of the restaurant was impressive. The on line menu was impressive and the lunch menu was limited. I had Hot Brown which was an open face turkey sandwich with white gravy. The turkey was salty and edges were dry. We had appetizers of onion petals and stuffed mushrooms. The onion petals were tasteless with too much batter. The... More
