I have been travelling throughout the midwest this year and made a point to try ribs throughout the area. This restaurant was next door to my hotel, so decided to try their ribs. I had the half rack rib dinner with two sides. Ribs were tender, and served slathered with BBQ sauce. Sauce was pretty good, but not special or... More

This place has won multiple awards, but I am not sure why. My wife and I both ordered the pulled pork dinner with two sides. The pork was OK, bit it had too much fat and had a lot of over-cooked pieces. The bar b q beans were quite good, as well as the slaw. But overall I would say... More

I ate at Texas Outlaw on Saturday. My server was Christina, who was awesome. I waited what seemed like an eternity for my food but it was worth the wait. Glad they are open again. Hope the wait gets shorter. Charm of the staff did soften the blow.

Food was fair at best. It amuses me when a restaurant is out of menu items. Out of ranch dressing even! Pork BBQ was nasty. Service was terrible. Slow........... Eat at Texas Roadhouse across the street- never had a bad meal there. Guess I learned my lesson.

This restaurant caught fire back the end of last year and has yet to re-open as of today April 15, 2014.. Please call and check before making the trip to eat here as there is no sign of when it will be back open. BUT - if it does ever open, you must try it.. I have tried just about... More

This place had a fire. It is officially closed. We were disappointed, as it was within walking distance of our hotel stay. Don't know when it will re-open.

We stopped for lunch here - we had the combo platter and split it - ribs, beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken, potato salad and baked beans. The pulled pork was the best - no wonder why they win awards for it! Service was good - we were checked on, drinks refilled - but for the most part - left to... More

The BBQ was very good, but it did not make up for the service. We were rushed out even though the place was empty. She sat us right next to the only other table with customers and then sat two more tables right on top of us. The waitress came back three times to ask if we wanted dessert, the... More

The only good thing was service. Two of us had racks of ribs and both were extremely overcooked, tough. Disappointed.
