Had dinner with my mother on Thursday May 9, right off I 75. Great local restaurant with home cooked food. I highly recommend the fried chicken with homemade mashed potatoes. We also tried the mushrooms magnifico, delicious cream cheese stuffed mushrooms. I would love to try more food from their menu.

Our waitress was excellent and gracious. She accommodated our different than menu requests. Food, however, was about average quality (Homestyle Buffet Type Food). Old owners are back. Hope this helps.

An employee at the Comfort Inn recommended this place. Our first impression was not favorable. A man who seemed like he was probably the owner was acting as the host and he wasn't good at it...The waitress we got was probably the worst waitress in the whole restaurant. The older servers seemed to do a much better job...we even tipped... More

I have never had food that has tasted this terrible. I could barely eat any of my food and the way it tasted I'm surprised it didn't kill me.

Love the chicken dinner they have here it always hot, crispy and great. They also have great salads and other meals but the Sunday Chicken Special is the best.

We stopped there whIle passing through the area and wanted some place with local flavor, ie other than the usual chain suspects. The dining roon was elegant and clean and the atmosphere was charming. All the food was enjoyable and the waitress kept our coffee cups full. The food may not have been in the super-wow category, but it was... More

We enjoyed our meals despite the fact that they don't serve alcohol on Sundays. Reasonably priced meals and great service!

The chicken we ordered was so tough you could not cut it and so tasteless no amount of slat or seasoning put on could give it any flavor at all.The dumblings tasted like wet dough.
