I waited 10 mins for waitress. She never came back. Finally got my order in and the another waitress appeared. She never came back. Another one brought my order 30 mins later. Cold mashed potatoes. # 2 waitress appeared. So I complained. Finally manager came to apologize. Not a good day.

I took my team out for lunch. They knew we had little time and took great care of us. I go there once a week at a min. Great staff and good food.

The waitress staff was awesome, I couldn't have asked for better service. The service needed to be superior to make up for the food. This wasn't the greatest meal I've had but not too many choices in this small town.

Good food, pretty inexpensive. I will go back again. I had a pasta dish, steak, and a salad the few times I've gone. No complains!

Our local O'Charley's in Florence, KY is awful, so we were excited to eat at an O'Charley's with great food! We were seated quickly for the very busy time that we arrived, only waiting a few minutes for a table. Our waitress was Tina and she was so sweet and attentive, while also showing us a lot of Southern hospitality.... More

This place used to be better but seems to have gone downhill the last two years. they take a long time to seat you and longer to get the food out to you.Don't try to get in quick for lunch on Sunday.

The O'Charley's chain is my favorite! I was so excited when they built one in Danville. Be sure to have some Potato Soup when you stop in!

Five of us ate a late dinner and enjoyed it very much. The food and the service were very good. We were seated right away and didn't wait long for our server or for our food.

My family and I ate there on a Saturday night. It wasn't that busy. We started with an appetizer. We ordered Nachos. When we got them they were a plate of chips with a large scoop of sour cream. You could barely see any cheese or meat. I sent them back stating they were unacceptable. My daughter ordered a pasta... More
