My wife introduced me to Indian food (and Guru India) shortly after we moved to the area five years ago. I was taken there initially under protest and fueled by misconceived visions of overly curried laced foods. I'm not the biggest curry fan. All i can say is the food is delicious. I especially recommend the Keema Samosa (beef pastries)... More

My husband and I went here for a date night. We had some excellent Indian food on our last vacation, so we wanted to try out the local Indian food scene. (Which is sadly lacking in NKY.) It is located in a strip mall and doesn't really stand out from the street. It's also a bit lacking in ambiance. When... More

This place is not bad, but nothing stands out about it at all. We love Indian but this is not worth really going out of your way for. Nothing bad, just nothing really good either.

Guru offers a pleasant lunch buffet with options that change a bit from day to day. If the sweet carrot dessert is on offer, be sure to try it - it's delicious!

In Northern KY this is the only Indian restaurant I will go to. Consistently good food and service. I love their Lamb Curry but there are a number of other things which are really great. You can adjust the spiciness of the curry and the servers are happy to help get it right for your tastes.

Food was great. 2 nights in a row Day 1: We tried the Butter Chicken and Rogan Gosh with Nan and Rice and it was awesome. The service was great. We also requested to see if we could get omelet made for us and they happily did it for us. Day 2: We liked it so much, we went back... More

Love their saag and lunch buffet. Dinner can get pricey, especially when you get takeout. They are VERY stingy with rice on takeout orders (although its not the case at the other restaurants owned by the same group).

I'm addicted to the tasty curries. Lots of vegetarian choices. My family members also now enjoy going to Guru
