Great Start for our weekend

Took my wife on weekend trip on the Northern KY Wine Trail and needed a place for lunch to start us off. Molly Malone's came up in my search and we decided to give it a try, what a great choice. Didn't realize this was "Just a chain". Definitely not a lot of folks here. Food was average. We went to listen to the Bluegrass Jam session. It was fun and very good but perhaps too "crowded" and guitar heavy. We did stay and listen for about an hour.

Our waitress was so nice and patient! We were in town for an event at the convention center and had several families eating together. We had to keep adding chairs and moving around but she hung in there with us and was very understanding. We didn't even have to ask to split the checks, she just handled it from the... More

Loved the quaint atmosphere; small and quaint, but truly a pub/sports bar atmosphere; go early or call ahead for reservations. I Probably would not take children under 14. Weekend evenings have live music which unfortunately we missed. Starts around 9 p.m. Food was excellent. Some of the best fish and Chips I have ever had. Great Reuben sandwich. Service good.... Great place to stop for discounted beer & appetizers during their Happy Hour. The Hummus was excellent - large portion with plenty of veggies. The salmon plate is also a good deal! I can definitely recommend the Kilkenny Irish Cream beer - my new favorite!

We were there on a Tuesday at 12:30. They were not busy and the service was guick and efficient. The lamb stew and the shepards pie were very good. I would definitely go again when I'm in the area.

Good lunch spot in Covington. Haven't been for the bar atmosphere but lunch is usually pretty quiet. It's a little dark and the bench seats are uncomfortable but food is good and reasonably priced.

Unless you are a regular, keep walking... I do not know about you, I like the business represenative to recognize you and accasionally smile. Great location and great potential, but unless you can ignor 0 customer service skills for a good draft beer, this place will make you feel as I did. Foreign and out of my element. Do not... More

Great shuttle service to the Reds and Bengals games. I was driving to the Reds game and it was raining. Decided to pop in here for dinner while the rain passed. Then I learned of their convenient shuttle to Bengals/Reds games. It runs on demand and picks you up when you want to leave. Nice to be in an Irish... More
