My wife and I were in town traveling and ended up in this restaurant because of Trip Advisor reviews. I knew we were in the right place when they took drink orders and they knew how to pronounce Smithwick's Irish Ale. My wife had fish and chips and I had corned beef and cabbage. Both items were excellent and served... More

Molly Malone's in Covington, Ky is the closet thing to being in Ireland! Ownership is from Ireland, ambiance is real and service excellent! The beer is great (selections) and all the food I've tried over 5 visits now, is well prepared, typically Irish, and American. No false pretenses served at Molly's. Come as you are. Could easily be thinking your... More

I recommend going across the river into Covington to eat here. It's a quaint little Irish pub. I wish the menu had some more options, but there were some good things to choose from. Between the two of us, we got potato and leek soup, some sort of hoagie, and a scallop and potatoes plate. The food was delicious with... More

I had been wanting to try out this place for a long time but was just never in the area with free time. On this particular evening the Cincinnati side of the river was packed due to a downtown festival so I crossed the Suspension bridge and remembered that Molly Malone's was close by. It was easy to find and... More

My wife and I were traveling south on I-75, and we were recommended by a friend to stop in. We had a great supper of fish and chips, and finished with Irish Coffee. The local bagpipers were practicing upstairs. The owner also came out and had a nice visit with us. I have been to Ireland, and this is as... More

ordered because it said brick oven pizza and that sounded delish at the time, but it was just an average sort of pizza..not too much artistry to it. I would order bangers and mash or chicken pot pie or cabbage and corn beef next time, stick with what they're best at.
