The buffet was dried out or some veggies too greasy. The rolls were so hard I could not cut mine with my butter knife they gave me to cut the hard tenderloin. The waitress said she would get me fresh rolls and a real knife but after 45 min. No one came back to us and we also set thru... More

We were there for dinner on a Thursday night. Great food. This is Mom & Pop at it's best. You can pick one meat and all of the vegetables you want from the Buffet. Very tasty..not over cooked or over seasoned. My husband had the Catfish and I had the Breaded Pork Tenderloin. Both were wonderful. Friendly people, great food,... More

Betty's offered very good food served by pleasant people. Yes, they do allow smoking. My wife is very sensitive to smoke but by sitting in the non-smoking room she was not bothered at all. The buffet was really good. It is true that you only get one pass at the buffet but that was plenty. At $7.99 we thought it... More

Food is ok, the prices are a little high thought . Your only allowed one visit to the buffet and only one meat unless catfish . Worse part is you come out smelling like you've been in a smoky bar! It's 2014 GO NONE SMOKING!

If you want good country cooking, don't pass up Betty's. I always go there when I'm in Adair County. Good food, good people.

My wife and I ate at Betty's the day before Thanksgiving for the first time. What a pleasant surprise! The turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans and gravy were as good as we have fixed at home and the price was only $5.99!! We have been back twice since then and the quality and value can't be beat. If you... More

Betty's OK Country Cooking has excellent food, and service is great. One of my favorites is the turkey and dressing which is on Saturday's. I do not smoke but I'm still ok with going as long as there is a table available in the smoke-free section. Someone said below that if you don't smoke, you come out smelling like an... More

Ate at Betty's OK Country Cooking twice, once in September and once in October 2013. Please try their buffet. It is a tasteful and well seasoned meal.

I was looking for a place to eat w/ my daughter and my parents. The food was remarkable and and service was friendly and prompt. You absolutely will not go wrong with a visit to Betty's! The smoking issue that is mentioned in some reviews is not nearly as bad as you would be led to believe. Yes, it would... More

Passed by this place on multiple days and hours and it was always busy. Decided to try it for a late lunch. Hamburger was tasty and food was plentiful. Dessert (Sand Pie) was very good. Would consider going back except I can't stand the smell of smoke (this is a smoking establishment where several waitstaff sat at a table next... More
