Don't be suprised by the "For Sale" sign in the window. The waitress told us it's been there for 3 years. We stopped in on a Thursday afternoon after calling. It was 1 pm and the waitress said they closed in 30 minutes (althought I think the hours on the door claim they close at 2:30). Nonetheless, we were right... More

Small quaint dine with a great Reuben Sandwich. on main street in town next to antique shops. Open until 2 PM each day. Just a few miles from Mammoth Cave National Park.

We were very disappointed. Because of all the great reviews, we planned to eat breakfast here and saw a realtor sign in the window. We turned around and went back to Cracker Barrel.

I stopped here to have brunch with family before going to Mammoth Caves. It was reasonably priced and the food was good. The menu has regular breakfast items, egggs, meat, pancakes and french toast. The coffee was pretty good. I'm pretty picky about coffee so this says a lot. Our service was good and the food was served fairly quickly,... More

My family and I enjoyed a great breakfast here. The food was fresh and the service was excellent. We were the only non-locals there on a Wednesday morning. Our waitress referred to the others by name. Our orders were brought out at different times, but it wasn't a big deal. It was large, clean, and nicely decorated. They had some... More

We went here 2 mornings in a row (mainly because there were no other options) the first day the food was great and the service was quick, however we were the only people there The following day we returned but there were 2-3 other couples there and it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. Like I said the... More

Was excited to try this place because of the reviews. Arrived to a closed store with a for sale sign in the window.

Good value, good food. Oh, and awesome lemon pie. Only another minute down the road from the exit, why stop for fake food when the real stuff is only minutes away.

My son and I are sitting in the Cream & Sugar Cafe right now...we're splitting his lunch (grilled cheese & chocolate pie). It's delicious. My lunch, not so much (watery chicken noodle soup and very strong, tart lemon pie). Great place to escape the rain with a down home feel. Service slow but friendly-one waitress to 7 tables, and she... More

We went to this local diner for breakfast and had the usual fare (eggs, toast, sausage, etc.). Our eggs were cooked perfectly and we were happy to see they had 4 types of southern pie (derby, lemon, buttermilk coconut, and peanut butter). The food was alright and the pies were also good. Nothing exceptional but still a great local find... More
