Cave City is small so there isn't a lot of variety in restaurants, but boy, is this one a gem. The corn tortillas are superb and nothing is overdone (overly cheesy, etc.). I had the vegetarian enchiladas and they were magnificent, especially the mushroom selection. Such a wonderfully rich, authentic wild mushroom flavor (the others were spinach, beans, and potato).... The service is fast, delicious, and a bargain. I have rarely seen the service staff move and assist with such a fervor. Check the table for a 10% off coupon scan.

The service was good, but the food was kind of bland. My chicken quesadilla didn't seem to have much seasoning, and the tortilla was really greasy, as though it had been fried rather than grilled. My husband got an enchilada, and had similar experience. Just not very spicy.

Practice your lingua with real life speakers! Drink up, go outside, the only things missing are either the dinosaurs or the mariachi band👺

We visited Cave City on our south-bound portion of a road trip, and stayed overnight. Best steak tacos ever. Free chips and salsa are pretty good. We ate on a Friday night, but they have great mid-week happy hour specials.

The food was good and had good portion for the pricing. The service was quick and friendly. Enjoyed our meal and would go again if back in the area

Staying in the area for a few weeks when we started craving Mexican. Thought we would give El Mazatlan a try. Not that there are a lot of options here. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! My husband ordered the Enchiladas Ranchero and I ordered the California Style Burrito with steak. Service was good and fast. Food was excellent! The beef... More

The restaurant choices in this area are severely limited. The food and margaritas here were pretty good. We would probably go back.
