We went here based on a hotel desk clerk's recommendation. At night, it was a bit confusing to find the front entrance. Inside we were promplty seated and had great service. The menu had many interesting options and I chose the seafood fajitas which contained shrimp, scallops, crab and fish. They were unique and delicious. My wife's meal was also... More

This was one of the few food choices in Cave City. The menu items are typical tex-mex. The servings are huge. The taste is just average.

My husband and I ended up staying in Cave City camping and the weather turned bad so we decided to eat out instead. The food tasted amazing and the portions were huge. The service was top notch. Bathrooms were clean, prices reasonable. We were very happy with our dinner.

the tacos and enchiladas were not up to Taco Bell quality. The tostado with guacamole was good. Won't stop here again. The people are so nice and the atmosphere was great.

Ok, after driving 700 miles, it was indeed refreshing to stop here for supper before checking into our hotel. So my expectations were not that high but they have certainly been exceeded. Good service, good food, good margaritas. The salsa could be kicked up a notch. I neglected to write down the name of the menu item but there is... More

Couldn't believe we found a Mexican restaurant in Kentucky. Restaurant is clean, but very loud. The ladies room had a speaker in there and it was louder then in the restaurant itself. I personally thought the food was bland. I had a #10 combo. 2 tacos, rice and beans. Chips and salsa were good. Dinner was so so to me.... More

We had a great meal our first night in Cave City at El Mazatlan. It also was nice to have a margarita. Cave city was a dry town but for some reason El Mazatlan can service alcohol. Rest service also.

Did I expect to get fantastic authentic Mexican food in Cave City, Kentucky? Of course I didn't. This is some of the best Mexican food I have ever had with wonderful service and a nice atmosphere.

We had a terrific meal yesterday, and we were so happy we had to come back tonight after a full day at Mammoth Cave. Both meals were excellent. The service was swift, pleasant and correct in all ways. The carnitas, in two versions, was some of the best pork we have ever had. They don't use a lot of hot... More
