I absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is romantic with historical artifacts throughout. Food was delicious! There are upstairs rooms that can be used for group meals. Service was a bit slow, but we had a group of 25 people. I went a 2nd time with just one other person and the service was great!!!

First off I like to dine here. I was treated last Wednesday night to a birthday dinner . We were seated in the dining room on the left side of the house as you enter the restaurant. Hostess tried to seat us at a table that had serious leaning issues. We ask to go to another table as my fiancée... More

Looking for a local fine dining experience on January 2,we opted to entertain our friend Gary to libations and appetizers at our home and then dine at the Tousey House; as usual, we were greeted warmly by the manager and the hostess and our reserved table was beautifully decorated as was the rest of the restaurant. A very fine menu,... More

This spot is our favorite in Burlington. Please take the time to come here to experience not only an historical setting, but outstanding service, local cuisine and utter relaxation. The "Hot Brown" is delicious! We are from Michigan and this is a MUST STOP en route to Florida, and when visiting family in the area. Just a short drive from... More

Visited here on a Tuesday night while staying at the nearby B&B. The atmosphere is very much like colonial settings we've encountered around the east coast. Service was very attentive and friendly. We tried the family style fried chicken, a four piece dinner with two sides. Delicious and plenty to take home. The sides were mashed potatoes and country style... More

We ordered the Chicken Po-Boy and Pork BLT sandwiches and had leftovers. Absolutely delicious! Then we split a piece of Mississippi Mud pie. Not a better way to top off our meal. All in all, a lovely white-table-cloth-and-fresh-flowers place that should delight anyone.

Great food and service in a quaint old restaurant, in summer you can sit out on the deck and in winter the inside bar area and restaurant are amazing. Love this place and go there for special occasions whenever we can.

A friend and I were in Cincinnati when we were both hit with a desire for a hot brown lunch. So off we went to Kentucky. But it was raining and we were pretty hungry and started to rethink the time it would take to drive the 100 miles to the Brown Hotel in Louisville. So we ended up at... More
