Good Food/ Good Atmosphere

I was expecting a "Ted's" Montana Grill but did not find that here. It was good food and rich atmosphere though. It was not Ted's but I must say it was a great place to have dinner. Still hungry for some of that Buffalo chili though.

Went for dinner. We had an array of food. BBQ ribs lemon chicken ratatouille and steaks. Everything tasted great but the food was not hot enough. Ribs were Luke warm some of the veggies in the ratatouille were cool. The corn bread they bring to the table was delicious. Would give this restaurant another try if we are ever back... More

Eating here makes me feel like I'm on a vacation at a lodge in the mountains! The smell of the fire, the hearty comfort food, the huge wooden pillars and beams, and the stuffed wildlife overlooking me make me feel relaxed and welcome. An ocassion here is always special. The fire cornbread and the fried chicken are amazing! Friendly staff... More

Walking in, I felt like I had entered a lodge in Big Sky country. Wide open with a bustling bar in the center, high rafters, all wood. It felt rustic and alive. We were there on a crowded Saturday night, but we didn't have to wait too long for a table. Unfortunately, everything after we sat down was just sort... More

Stopped here with my wife while on vacation. The restaurant is a stunning log cabin lodge style building with a bar in the center. When you walk in, you instantly notice the delicious hickory wood smell that fills the building. There was immediate seating available. You receive complimentary jalapeño corn bread which was delicious, but you have to pay extra... More

Was brought by a friend on his suggestion. It happened to be "All you can eat Ribs" night, which our server informed us happened every Tuesday. The ribs were delicious - you can choose between wet, dry, or both - and the service was great! Seemed a little classier than, say, a Logan's or Texas Roadhouse, and prices were a... More

Montana grill has great food and atmosphere. It's also a good family restaurant. Steaks and seafood are both delicious! Love the salmon!

We ate here Saturday night and had a wonderful meal... Great food, excellent service, very nice atmosphere in a bldg. designed to emulate a very large Rocky Mountain style cabin with huge timbers and beautiful active fireplaces. The restaurant was full upon our arrival but we were provided a table in less than 15 minutes. You can't go wrong at... More

Travelling through and only there for one night the hotel recommended here. Dinner was very tasty. Nice to see the team work amongst the staff to ensure delivery of dinner and drinks. I had the prime rib sandwich and my husband had the Bourbon steak dinner. We both enjoyed our meals very much, portions are very generous.

We visited the Montana Grille on Dec. 19th and we won't be back. Hubby and I both had steaks, his was prime rib and I had the filet. My first filet was incinerated (beyond burnt) on one side and full of gristle so it's definitely not what you expect when you order beef prepared rare. Hubby's prime rib was a... More
