The Brickyard is located in the historic downtown area of Bowling Green but is easy to find and has its own parking area. It is a large facility so privacy is available for meals with business partners or with a friend. I have eaten at the Brickyard twice and have had excellent food on both visits. The staff is well... We arrived early on a Tuesday evening on the recommendation of a local. The bread they brought to the table was some of the best I have ever been served at a restaurant and the beer my husband ordered was ice cold. We ordered the antipasto as an appetizer and we both thought it was outstanding, but I hate to... More

The Brickyard near the Square in Bowling Green has a range of eating options with a porch available in the warmer months. The food has a Meditarranean flare and the apetizers are very good. Ideal for pre-event stop or a relaxing evening with bottle of wine.

I have been to this restaurant on 4 different occasions for business meals. Twice the food was good, twice it was terrible. Service was extremely slow despite the restaurant being half empty (on a Friday night; not a good sign). Although Brickyard has had a great reputation in the past, it is in danger of losing its customer base with... More

A local recommended the Brickyard as the place to go with another couple travelling with us for dinner. Everything was perfect. We all like the atmosphere, our waitress was delightful, and all 4 of us had a different dish and all were excellent. I chose the stuffed salmon and it was superb. 2 of us shared a bottle of wine... We were visiting Bowling Green for a wedding and Brickyard Café was one of the restaurants recommended by the bride and groom. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the live music playing at the restaurant across the street (which would have been WAY too loud had we eaten there!) We ate lite, sharing two appetizers - risotto cake with... More

We took our three sons ages 8, 10, and 12 to the Brickyard Cafe after a long day of visiting Mammoth Caves and enjoyed a great meal. I had the Salmon and Crab special and the lobster sauce was to die for! One son had the chicken tenders and they were fantastic. Great place for a good meal in a... More

Decided to try the Brickyard for the first time last week with friends. We did make a reservation, although I am not sure that would be necessary. The interior of the Brickyard is very dark and doesn't have a very good atmosphere. Our waiter was just okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Very limited wine list. I am a Pinot... More

Not only does this restaurant have one of the most selective menus in town, it has a premiere "party room" that can accommodate up to 160 sit-down patrons. We had arranged that a buffet be served; no one left hungry. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Weather was perfect so we ate on the patio. Table overlooking the sidewalk and street. Chairs not very comfortable, would be fine for only drinks but not eating. Food was good and I mean good. There was nothing wrong with it but it was standard Italian fare. I would go back but not because the quality of my experience makes... More
