Plate Lunch - tasty & quick

Using another eats app, plus I'm on a restrictive diet, I thought all the FFree dressings implied I might find a salad of greens but all were meaty, cheesy & interesting, but not what I was looking for today. I settled for a lesser evil, egg salad BLT, which was a sandwich on toasted wheat... read more

This place is just odd. They have hot food in trays behind glass that look like prison food yet I got the Lima beans and they were good. I wanted a grilled chicken salad and they pulled a sample out of the display and gave it to me. It was kind of good but the counter guy does not speak.... More

Going on a Saturday was our first mistake; staying was our second. The young man behind the counter seemed lost. The buffet was empty and we heard more about what they didn't have than what was available. Another clue was, during peak lunch time, it was devoid of patrons. The dining area floor was not clean. Food was of marginal... More

I stopped in for lunch and the place was very busy as expected. They have two lines, one for dine in and one for carry out. The The walls and signs were very busy so I didn't notice that I was trying to order from the wrong line. I did eventually get my chicken sandwich. It was pretty plain, a... More

Always excellent food and service at Cambridge market. The menu changes daily so always something new to try. Desserts are amazing, as is the catering.

I got a quick lunch here with co-workers. The food is far better than what you'll find at fast food restaurants & well within budget. The down side is that I thought their seasoning was bland, nothing truly spectacular. I'm one that packs my own lunch & cooks my own dinner so if I'm dining out I really want something... More

A great lunch place, with fresh cooked meats, veggies, & other choices. I love their pimento cheese sandwiches, bean soup & desserts. It's a local gathering place & lunch is a very popular & crowded place.

Need I say more to the sweet lovers out there. You MUST have a slice...it's very sweet and very delicious. The menu includes sandwiches and full dinners. Seating is wide open and conducive to table to table conversations, which is often between the locals. The owner is usually behind the counter or in the kitchen...say Hi to her.

With an assortment of great sandwiches and salads it's always a hard choice but the chicken salad is the winner every time, fresh bread too. Fast service for the lunch crowd great prices. They cater so this can be an event plan too.

The BEST chicken salad (must like nuts). Great home cooking... I had the catering....breakfast and meals. Always wonderful. Fruit, muffins, sandwiches, sides. Don't forget desserts. Wonderful cheese spread w/jelly. YUMMY. A BG classic!
