In my opinion, there are not many good restaurants in Berea but Papa Leno's is worth trying out. If you like garlic bread this is the bomb. Of course it is a heart attack waiting to happen since it is sitting in a pool of garlic butter but well worth it. I like the pizza and the chicken fettuccini but... More

You have to try the garlic bread -- big chunk of french bread with the perfect crispiness on the outside and softness on the inside with a very buttery dipping oil on the bottom. Getting hundry just thinking about it.

My wife and I had two different pasta dishes. The portions were very good, and the taste was better than average, but not outstanding. We would not drive out of our way specifically to go to this restaurant.

My friend and I both had ravioli and a salad with garlic bread. It was delicious. This is a typical college town restaurant. It is right on the main drag and within walking distance of the campus and the Boone Tavern. The only drawback is the harsh overhead lighting.

I have ate here several times and tried a wide variety of items on their menu....have enjoyed everything that I have ever gotten. Most of the meals are very reasonably priced; the pizza can be kind of expensive(around $19 for an extra large "Mountaineer") but it is sooooo good. Worth the splurge every now and then. The garlic bread is... More

We had chicken parmesan and it was very good. The service was okay and the restaurant was clean. We also ate there on another occasion and had pizza and their pizza was hot and quite tasty.

Papa Lenos has recently expanded to about twice its old size. This is a popular place to eat in downtown Berea amongst crafts and art stores. It is just across the street from Berea College. It is a local hangout for students, residents and tourist. They serve a buttery garlic bread with entrees. We had spaghetti with meat balls and veggie... More

This is the second time I've visited this store, and both times I had a good experience. It's smack in the middle of a college, and you get the feel of a college pizza joint, which is not a bad thing. It was clean, the pizza was above average, and it came from the oven quickly. It's worth a try.

Oh my god...I haven't had home-style Italian food like this since my parents died...I have eaten here twice, but had the same thing...Ravioli Florentine. The set-up is different as it is quick-service, but the food is made to order, so it takes a few minutes longer. No worries, you get a bread slab in melted butter and there are salads... More
