Good food

Have been here a few times with my colleagues and have never been disappointed in the food. Service is usually pretty fast and good. They have some interesting sandwiches and great bakery items.

Do not go anywhere else for coffee. Good people making great coffee, you can not ask for a better combo. Apple pie was second to none! Service was the definition of southern hospitality.

In the middle of the same block as Boone’s Tavern, this place was just the ticket for a quick coffee and morning pastry or pastries should I say. Tasting organic coffee for the first time, the difference was remarkably noticeable from other well-known coffee house chains. I had the caramel macchiato – not too sweet – not bitter – just... I arrived as they unlocked their doors and lucky me, they had just taken a quiche out of the oven. It smelled heavenly and tasted that way too. No wait staff and clearly a collegiate hangout in its decor, but a good place to get a breakfast before my class.

When in Berea, you must stop here. Coffee shop has a relaxing atmosphere, delicious coffees and mouth-watering pastries / desserts. We were in town for a few days and had to check it out. Service was excellent. Food was beyond expectations. Great coffee shop experience.

It doesn't matter that this is the only coffee shop in Berea - we would still come here if there were ten more. The coffee flavors are excellent, the staff is knowledgeable, patient and friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for chatting, business, or just getting lost in thought. Just what a coffee shop ought to be!
