At 5:45 we were the only customers, yet three employees chatted about class and boyfriends for a long time, before coming to our table. My wife needs to be gluten free. After explaining that and questioning 3 items on menu, none of the employees were really sure of gluten content. The food was above average price and below quality !

The food was a little too pricey for me. I had Asian salad, which is $8.79 on the menu. The salad wasn't so special, except for some mandarin. The grilled chicken in the salad was good though, very tasty. The best thing was the service, she was so nice that she came to us several times to check if we... More

Their food is ok, not so good or too bad. The staffs are friendly and professional. However, the price is a bit pricy for student budget. This is a place I would probably every one in a while when I want the feeling of sitting in a restaurant.

We both had wraps here and they are flavorful. The server was very friendly and we received our food in a decent amount of time. There was nothing unusual about the offering...typical cafe food that hit the spot

I had a meeting at Main Street Cafe with one of Berea College's convocation speakers, Saro Lynch Thomason, and several students and professors for lunch. We were served wraps and sandwiches and hot soups. The goat cheese wrap was my favorite, but they were all very good, stuffed with delicious fresh veggies. The service is pleasant as well -- Zoe... I visited the Main Street Café and got the locally renowned Goat Cheese Burger with a side of fries. My fries were crispy and well salted, as usual. I added a little bit of mayonnaise and thoroughly enjoyed every bite of my burger. I really love the element that the Goat Cheese adds to the burger and, for that reason,... More

I really enjoyed my time at the Main Street Café. The staff members were extremely nice and agile with my requests. They were very attentive to the customers’ needs. The food was delivered fast and it was well cooked. Usually, I go there with my friends. The Café has free Wi-Fi which brings many benefits, especially for college students.

We travel through Berea a couple times a year on US75. Made our first visit to the town itself last Sunday. We were happy to find several shops open and quite a few choices for an early afternoon meal. Main Street Cafe looked inviting. We are vegetarians and found enough options to make choosing a challenge. I had the fried... More

It would be hard for me to give this restaurant anything else, since we didn't get any service or eat any food. We were seated, handed menus and water. After that, we never saw a waitress again. We waited for at least 15 minutes. At one point, I turned around to try to spot our waitress and another one made... More

Hummus and olive oil - fried put a chips were so tasty. Jalapeño was added to their homemade hummus and it took it to a whole 'notha' level. YUM. Onion rings were on the menu so I HAD to confirm if they were any good. Again, another yummy item. The Greek Salad was fresh and loaded with feta cheese and... More
