BJ's is a great place to eat in Bardstown. The food is outstanding. The service is about average. Steaks and seafood are cooked just right.

The restaurant was clean and the staff that we dealt with were very friendly. The price is about average. But, the food was less than great. The steak was like trying to cut a car tire with a dull knife. They should probably consider getting their beef elsewhere.

A Filet Mignon for $20 !!! We don't get deals like that up home and it was cooked to perfection! Had a 25 ounce Amber bock and a Black Angus burger also cooked just right. Would return again when in this area. We went for Sunday brunch and were quite pleased .

My husband and I were in Bardstown with my sister and brother in law and we chose to eat at B J Steakhouse. Great choice, great service, great food. It was on a Thursday; the parking lot was full when we arrived and that was a good sign of a busy restaurant. Didn't have to wait and the service was... More

Our server was prompt and attentive to both the adults and the child in our group. The menu was varied enough for all of us to find something we enjoyed. The food was prepared to order and was very tasty. It is a bit difficult to find if you're not from the area. Would recommend as a solid restaurant but... More

Came here for dinner one night while on the bourbon trail. Service was slow. $3 bloody Mary drink specials on Tuesdays were tasty and well prepared. No plates given for appetizers? Steak was cooked to order the right way. Hamburger was good and decent size for the price. Because of the slow service would probably not return.

Once was enough at new location. This was their second chance. Thought maybe... New place, new faces, new and better service. Was brighter that's abt it. Last place, walked in once for lunch, they were out to lunch! Second time at old Place came in about 9pm they said they stopped serving at 10! New place just ok. Too loud.... More

Lots of variety to choose from; attentive wait staff; get there early to avoid the crowds. We had a standard issue dinner of salad, steak and baked potato, and it was very good, and reasonably priced. We heard they get their steaks from the same place as the pricier, upper scale, steakhouse in town. Both are known for their good... More
