Sunday go to spot

This restaurant sits at the edge of town. We often visit here on Sunday after church. They always have a lunch special. Their regular menu consists of burgers and such. I have had the specials and the burgers and everything is good.

Fabulous piece of American dining. The fried green tomato BLT was fabulous. Service was efficient and friendly and the decor awesomely kitsch. If you want a great sandwich give Suzie Q's a go.

We dropped by this place to pick up lunch during our vacation. Their fried green tomato BLT tasted much better than a fried green tomato dish that we had at Harrison-Smith House!

This was a pleasant surprise, great stop for a bite to eat in the afternoon. Not a fancy place, but they serve a very tasty sandwich!

Parking was horribly designed but the food tasted great. Best rueben I've had in a long time. Soup seemed to be a reheat but overall good place!

The Slaw Burger can't be beat!!! Don't be fooled by the name, no cole slaw involved! Try it, you'll be thrilled!

Great food, great service, feels like home, warm/friendly. Thoroughly enjoyable every time we go. Burgers are the best I have had. Fabulous price and the coffee is out of this world fresh! Nice for times we get a large group together and other times just my son and I for lunch!

I don't know what negative reviewers went to this place expecting -- a five-star restaurant? Bardstown is a small town and Suzie Q's is a small restaurant. We stopped for lunch because the reviews on Yelp were very good, and I'm so glad that we didn't listen to trip advisor reviewers for once! We found the staff to be incredibly... More

Service was very slow. Staff chatting and/or nowhere in sight. Food was a disappointment. Lettuce in salad was wilted with black spots on edges. Same poor quality lettuce on BLT. Bread and bacon were very good. Small portions, overpriced.

Small, unimpressive atmosphere, had seats, poor parking, but good food. Service is lacking as servers chat instead of refilling drinks. Servers hide in back and it's difficult to get their attention. Try the Slaw Burger.
