Great family run business!

Stevie will take great care of you. He'll make sure your order is exactly the way you want it. You gotta ask him about the family running the restaurant.

Nice place in the heart of downtown Bardstown, KY. Simple country dishes, well prepared and very tasty. Local favorites and standard fare. Nice atmosphere, well lit seating area with the Little League World Series on the TVs around the room. My wife had the Kentucky Brown, reminding her of her childhood living near Bardstown. I had a Burger with Uncle... More

Loud but "down home" atmosphere. Comfy functional decor in downtown. Reasonable prices. Great fried green tomatoes! Had live music on Thursday night with no cover. Chicken chef salad was mediocre but large....

Based on the rating I expecting quite a bit more. Service was very, but the food was a little above average. Portions were huge. Warning - the ice tea is terrible. Not up to anyone's standards.

I purposely took a small road trip to Bardstown Ky to eat breakfast here. I'm glad I did. I would have given this place a perfect 5star, except that I walked in around 10am and they weren't busy at all, and I was not greeted by anyone for 10 minutes. There was two servers and the owner(talking loudly on the... More

We visited here one evening before attending an event. The food was great! I ordered a fried chicken salad. It was large enough for two people! The restaurant was crowded for a weeknight. The staff was busy but friendly. The only drawback was the small parking lot in back of the restaurant. We had to drive around the block to... More
