Good food always.

Here right at noon on Saturday. Parking lot full but we got in with just a short wait . Good dinner and wonderful pie. Stop every chance I get.

Such an enjoyable lunch at Carriage Crossing Restaurant! The menu is VERY extensive and quite difficult to choose, but I know whatever you choose for your meal will be absolutely perfect! We had a group of ten friends for lunch. Some of us had the Fried Chicken which was super moist! The mashed potatoes were REAL potatoes. The potato salad... More

The food is so very good. Had the fried chicken and the crust was seasoned in a great tasting way. We ended our meal with pie. Several flavors to choose from. Our table ordered four differnet kinds and shared bites. Really couldn't pick one that was best. Everyone seemed to agree the Toll House pie was the most unique!

I eat here about once a month and always have the same thing -- a cheeseburger, fries, and pie. And I've never been disappointed. When I was here a couple of days ago, it was BIson Day, and I had a very tasty 1/2 pound grilled Bison cheeseburger. And of course, their large selection of pies for dessert always makes... More

My wife and I went to the Carriage Crossing for the Parade of Quilts. The food was fantastic and they use meat that is local and comes from the Yoder Meat store right across the street. My wife had the meatloaf and she said it was great. I had the grilled ground steak. It was wrapped in bacon and tasted... More

I had been trying to get out to Carriage Crossing on trips to Hutchinson for a while. I had heard and read that it was quite a good old-fashioned restaurant. I finally got my turn. The building is cleanly constructed, but it has all the ambiance of a tourist-trap truck stop. This is rather odd, considering its location and reputation.... More

The restaurant is set up to accommodate large parties and our group of 9 was seated after only a brief wait. The home style menu includes lots of choices and serving sizes are plentiful. If you don't save room for dessert, you can buy a pie to go at the bakery counter or pick up a package of homemade cinnamon... More

Solid farm house meals, with meats locally sourced from Amish farms. Plus an assortment of excellent fruit pies to finish the meal. They can set up a family style meal for large groups - platters of fried chicken and bowls of potatoes and veggies went to a large group near us. The restaurant does get busy at prime time. We...
