My husband brought a bag of burgers home from a hunting trip about 5 years ago....the kids & I loved the little burgers!! We saw Cozy's on the Food Channel a year or two later...It was neat to finally get to visit Cozy's in person!! This little joint is about as retro as I've ever seen...they smash walnut sized meatballs... More

The Cozy Inn is wonderful and brings back memories of life with my husband and family. My husband introduced me to The Cozy Inn 39 years ago and it is still the same without the bottle sodas. Can't wait to go back again.

Before the hamburger chains there was Cozy's! Simply made, simply served, SIMPLY delicious! No French fries or sides. No fountain drinks, only cans. The burgers are cooked in front of you...if you are able to get I inside the SMALL establishment, which has a small counter of six stools. Most orders are carry out or eaten while parked in the... Delicious burgers. They make them one way. If you don't like that, go elsewhere. There are 4 original bar stools and thankfully, there were 4 of us and the seats became unoccupied just after we ordered. You will leave smelling like onions but it's worth it. Sitting at the counter and imagining how people lived 90 years ago was really... More

I was pretty excited to check this place out while visiting Salina. After reading all the reviews I knew what to expect with the small burgers and no fries. I got a value combo which comes with four burgers, chips, and a pop. I ordered at the outside window because the inside was full. I had to wait for a... More

I rolled into Salina planning on eating at a popular BBQ joint, but it was closed, so I check Tripadvisor and saw this place very highly rated. Here's the "Honest Scoop": 1. They only serve little biscuit-sized burgers, all cooked in onions (which I like). 2. They don't use cheese, you can't get cheese, forget the cheese. 3. No fries... More

All they serve is 3 inch hamburgers and nothing else. They are proud to declare that they do NOT offer cheese. The tiny burgers are called sliders. The meat patty is kind of bland. Each slider is $1.09. OK place if you are low on cash. Business says they've been in business over 90 years so who I am I... More

In an effort to not eat mainstream on our road trip, I found an article that said The Cozy Inn was voted #6 best burgers in Kansas. After some tricky navigation, we found ourselves downtown and in front of a tiny, tiny, tiny little burger shack. Some were outside eating under shaded tables. We found the front door, entered and... Unique establishment that has been at location since 1922. Old fashioned grille that serves original "sliders" before they were a trend. Only have a juicy small burger grilled with onions, canned soda and chips on the menu. A few stools available inside and tables with umbrellas outside. We stop here when traveling between Colorado and New Jersey. I can't have... More

Why this place doesn't have a full 5 stars, I do not know!!! We ate there and it was GREAT!! Sliders served with onions cooked in them, mustard, ketchup and pickles!!! Perfection!! Side of chips and a can soda...I definitely understand why this place has been open so long now! Yum yum!!
