THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! You need to get off I-70 Now if you want to see 1920, and enjoy a fantasitc burger!!!

I've eaten at many a locally owned place that served up excellent hamburgers, but this place just made my top ten in my 50 years of loving food. The Cozy Inn is an original hamburger stand that has been in continuous operation for 93 years. That's not a typo! Same grill, same location, same bar... read more

I've grown up eating these, and they don't mind putting extra onions on them for me! No joke, just the best two-bite burgers you'll ever wrap one hand around. You'll see why the founder of White Castle took the slider idea back east and made a fortune.

My husband, sister-in-law and I were traveling home and decided to go to The Cozy Inn because it was the last of the 8 wonders of KS food that we had to visit. It was well worth the visit. These sliders were the precursor of White Castle but they are sooooo much better than White Castle. Little burgers are cooked... More

This is a vintage slider joint. If you don't like onions, you may not like the little burgers that are all fried on onions. If you want a cheeseburger, bring some cheese slices with you. If you want some salty item to go with your burger, they have bags of chips. Wash it down with a canned soft drink. They... More

The Cozy Inn Restaurant is one of the oldest if not the oldest establishment in Salina. The best time to visit it (if you do not care to take the odors of the restaurant home with you on your clothes) is when the weather is comfortable enough to order from the outside. The burgers are small but good. They are... More

Cozy Inn is a must when visiting Salina. Be prepared for the best little hamburger. Cozy hamburgers have a been a favorite for decades and even though we don't live in Salina any more, Cozy Inn is a stop that has to be done when visiting Salina. Just a caution - don't bring the hamburgers into your car because the... More

We were driving through Salina from Colorado to Arkansas during a winter storm. Dad wanted to "check out" the old downtown as usual. We checked trip advisor and saw this burger stop ranked #1. Well that was it..we pulled up just as Steve was opening. He invited us in and made us the freshest burger! He kept cooking until we... More

We ordered 6 burgers and they were great. Hit the spot. Were traveling to Denver. Checked out TripAdvisor for best restaurants. Decided to give number a try.

If you want a big, expensive fancy burger, this is not the place for you. If you want a greasy, delicious taste of America, look no further! Locals all suggested that we make sure to stop here while on a business trip to Salina. It did not disappoint. Be expected to get only what they have to offer. No cheese,... More
