Our expectations for an Italian buffet restaurant were rather low. We were ready for something on par with Fazoli's or Golden Corral. Much to our surprise, Cinzetti's offered a wide variety of delicious choices presented in an easy-to-navigate environment. Pasta, pizza, chicken, soups, salads, crepes and desserts were all very good. I highly recommend Cinzetti's, especially for a family meal.... More

TIP: The midweek lunch is a terrific bargain. The selection is maybe a little smaller, but plenty of very nice items. My favorite is the Italian Sausage, Peppers & Onions ! It is a just a little zippy.

Great concept. Buffet restaurants are usually not a good thing, but here it is a tour through many separate Tuscan style cooking stations where the food is cooked in small batches. So many choices - everything from the well known Italian fare to the more advanced Italian dishes. There is even a Kansas City favorites station with KC bbq choices... More

This high quality buffet with many stations were food is being prepared is a great place for groups! Favorite dishes include the bacon (only on the weekend), calamari (only during the week) the Insalata Caponata (one of the best salads I have ever had anywhere) and the sinfully good Cioccolata Amore.

Never been to any place like Cinzetti’s. Every kind of Italian food imaginable. From 5 kinds of salads to a huge dessert bar and everything in between. Not very gluten or dairy friendly but a huge selection none the less. Pizza, Pasta and much more. Wait staff works hard and is very friendly. Tuesday kids eat free, a great family... More

Somewhere along the way in life I learned little food service tips. Like if you want people to eat less in a buffet or open serving situation, make the food spicy (using smaller plates so portions look bigger and people take less is another trick, etc.) I can handle some spiciness in my food, but I felt half or more... While staying nearby, I Yelped possible dinner options for New Year's Eve. Italian... BUFFET? With three guys who have hollow legs in our party, plus a picky eater (me)... I thought hell yes! We (party of 6) came at 5:45 and the wait was around 45 minutes. It ended up being more like 30. You can make reservations, but we... More

My husband and I ate here while we were visiting Kansas City. They gave us a tour of the food area when we arrived, which was great because we wanted to see what was offered since we had never been there before. They have several stations instead of just a line style buffet. Large variety, very fresh food and delicious!... More

Quite surprised at all the flavor this higher end buffet has. Went for Sunday brunch so it also had a good selection of breakfast items mixed in. The appearance of the restaurant is very nice and our service was very good. She was really on the refills and clearing plates. We even got a little tour before sitting down when... More

The atmosphere is classy and very inviting especially for a "buffet". They don't treat you like you are at a buffet and you don't feel that way. There are individual "stations" instead of a "buffet" bar. the food is fresh and unique recipes. The calamari is excellent but need an aaoli or a tartar sauce instead of just marinara. My... More
