I enjoyed my first experience at a cheesecake factory. The portions are as generous as the food is good. The menu has a large variety to suit any taste. The service was fast even through a shift change. The location is in a nice area but not terribly convenient. Overall the value is good but appetizers are rather high. Definitely... More

This was my first time here. The food was awesome and so was the cheesecake. The restaurant is beautiful inside, the staff were friendly. It was just a great experience.

We had never been to the Cheesecake Factory, really didn't know what to expect. We had two children with us, so we went early for supper to avoid the rush. We were in jeans/shorts and tshirts and felt under dressed. The prices were quite high, but the food and service were wonderful! You get so much food, if you have... More

I have tried and sampled several of the cheesecakes and they are all absolutely delicious. My favorite is the fresh banana cream. I had the meatloaf and the portions were extremely generous. My favorite menu item is the club sandwich. I don't know how they do it but they get the best servers around and the decor is absolutely amazing.

Funny that I rarely get dessert at The Cheesecake Factory. The meals fill me up! If you have never been here, you are quickly served a basket of bread - sourdough and brown bread. Though I love sourdough, the brown bread is hands-down fabulous. We ask the waitress just for the brown bread when she first comes to our table.... More

Again I've enjoyed a great lunch salad at the cheesecake factory. Not easy to find healthy lunches. You may not suspect this nut the cheesecake factory has a few of those.

Interesting decor, Egyptian tomblike. Pleasant polite staff.Seating available while waiting for tables. Big screen TV showing delicious pictures of meals and cheesecakes made me hungry, while we waited 15 minutes on busy holiday weekend. Drinks were good had Mai Tai. enjoyed the chicken Madria. We ordered 3 different pieces of cheesecake to go,it's all good!

I've been to the one on the Plaza in KC Mo. So I thought it would be the same. Big disappointment. Tried it twice just to make sure & food wasn't very good either time. I won't go back.

The service was amazing the food was average. I guess most people do not go eat here for anything but the cheesecake and both my husband and myself were not overly impressed with the food. We both had sick stomachs the night we ate lunch here. Not sure if it was the food or not.
