The food is okay, the prices are okay, the only thing that is really endearing about this place is the people and the atmosphere. Which is a lot sometimes, but I am not going to drive out there for a mediocre meal served at mediocre speed, by nice people. more

Today was the first time that I had ever visited this restaurant after living here for three years. The food was phenomenol! Everything was fresh, and made with love. It felt as if I went to my best friends house and had dinner. The staff was very courteous, and accommodating. The location is excellent due to the fact that it... more

This place is a great location to get away from the aggieville scene. The little shack is a box made of cinder blocks with a chain linked outdoor seating area and some cheesy island decor inside. If you haven't been to the islands it... more

Off the beaten path... but ALWAYS worth it. This is one of the few restaurants in Manhattan that I always make a point to drop in at when I'm in town. The blackened chicken is fantastic, and the live reggae makes it even better! Not to mention their cocktails have a nice kick! It may be the only Jamaican in... more

Okay folks, let's be real here. Yes, it is the best Jamaican food in town. It's the only Jamaican food in town. The food is dead slow coming out of the kitchen. As a result, I've had several meals that took 45-60 minutes to arrive and were served with old, cold, tough french fries. At its best, it's a fun... more

Great atmosphere, good food--the frog legs are some of the best I've had--great personal service by the owner (who also plays guitar and sings on the weekends). Good rum. Tallgrass beer on tap. Patio for the summer. more
