This was our first time eating at this place and it was fantastic! The food was excellent. The portions were big. They had many sauces to pick from. It was a great meal.

BBQ, beans, potato salad, etc. All good. Not a fancy place, but nice and clean. The service is fast.

Prompt service, good choice of BBQ meats and excellent variety of sauces, plenty of food. Very friendly place quick service in receiving your meal after order. Variety of choices for your meats and sides are terrific. Good Kansas BBQ!!

This is a great place to get quick and delicious BBQ. It's not a fancy place for dinner. Think a cross between fast food and Famous Dave's.

I am a Texas girl through and through but now live in Chicago. I was in town to visit my in laws and Cox's brisket has been the best I have found outside me flying home. The whole place smelled wonderful and the sauces are really good as well. Will be back next time I am in town.

Love this place any time I'm at Ft Riley I eat here. So far everything on there menu is great. Also love the pineapple coleslaw, the pineapple adds the perfect sweetness to the slaw! A must stop if your in the area!

Truly better than the famous places in Kansas City. Leaner meats and better tasting sauces. We actually got a tour of the two smokers in the back room which gave us appreciation for the entire process. Thank you Kim, from the guy's from Cleveland.

We Placed an ordered for a tailgate party the night before. They had it ready when we got there ( early). The ribs were very good and the burnt ends were great. They included extra BBQ sauce and we had a couple of sides. We all liked the Jack Mac & Cheese. We would recommend this place!

This place is pricey for the servings they give. The only thing enjoyable was the jack mac n cheese which taste like it was frozen then heated in the microwave. The ribs are dry and not fall off the bone tender. Something about how mid-west folks make their BBQ is just not appealing to me. And of course they serve... More

Manhattan Kansas has struggled for years to have a BBQ joint that wasn't a chain BBQ joint, but was locally owned and of high quality. Cox Brothers comes close to filling that need. On the positive side Cox Brothers has a unique decor/atmosphere, has a nice selection of menu options, and is reasonably priced. However, I can't really pinpoint one... More
