Sadly, this place has closed -- and been replaced. It had great sweet potato fries and ribs, as well as some great music when the Red State Blues Band played.

I love the pulled pork with sweet potato fries. The little extra they charge for the fries is so worth it. The honey mustard is the perfect dipping sauce for both items. The cheeseballs (that have a little kick) are the perfect appetizer to enjoy with a cold beer!

This does not seem to be the same place we used to enjoy. Our ribs and beef brisket were dry and tasteless. Their bean are still okay. Pat's now has the atmosphere of being a bar, and by the way, we have food. Will not be going back.

I used to love coming here regularly. My favorite: turkey sandwich with barbecue sauce and sweet potato fries, and fried pickles on occasion. The last three times I went have proven to be disappointing in comparison to the previous years experiences. The once-awesome sweet potato fries now seem like generic store-purchased fries and there is less meat on the sandwich.... More

Based on local recommendations we ate at Pat's. Overall the bbq was good and a good value at lunch. We had both brisket and pulled pork. Might not be the best I've ever had (OK Joe's) but I rank in the very good section. Excellent service the day we ate. It is in the Aggieville section where it is always... More

Overall bad experience. Food was colder than my beer.

This is the only place we go when we want brisket! they do a brisket up right! The ribs are good too! But, everyone has good ribs in Kansas.. The brisket is where these folks make their name!

We shared a platter of ribs & brisket and really enjoyed our meal. There was more than enough food for 2 individuals and the service was excellent. We will return the next time we are at KSU.

It was better when it first opened...like most restaurants. The chicken any more...is dry.
