Visited for the first time last night, was not disappointed! The Lentil soup (more like a split pea to my understanding) is fantastic, the falafel was AMAZINGLY good, the hummus- very creamy and smooth. Also tried the Vegetarian Vegetable Plate, the rice was moist and flavorful, the vegetables and sauce on the side very tasty. Having Celiac Disease, I was... More

this is my go to place in KC area for delicious Middle Eastern food. The lunch special is impossible to beat, the meats, rices, hummus, tihini, Pita, it's all aces! The gentlemen behind the counter have always been friendly and helpful. Don't confuse this place with a Greek restaurant, Middle Eastern, think Jordan, Lebanon, Israel, simular, but not Greek. don't... More

I started with an order of Baba Ganouj and have to say it was some of the best I've ever had...and the Pita bread? Wow! Warm, soft, excellent. I had the #1 (Chicken Shawarmah, Beef Shawarmah , Hummus, Rice, Greek Salad, and Pita) and loved every bite. Since I was headed to work, I also picked up a regular Gyro... More

Really enjoyed the hummus, great portion and price. Food was prepared well, the only exception was the grilled veggies, must have been done on a flattop as some of the flavor was lost by picking up previously cooked items. The service was great, could have used more server/guest interaction but maybe that is just me, nothing wrong with the service... More

Nothing fancy, good food, good selection and great prices. Try a variety of the items, so far we haven't found anything we didn't enjoy.

We loved the food, nice to eat something other than good old American food. Nicely done. The food was great and authentic while the atmosphere was adequate but clean. Great service.

The restaurant itself can use some sprucing up and the customer service is just average, however the food portions and taste definitely make up for anything else! Everything I have tried has been very good, a wonderful combination of spices and tastes!

On a recent trip to the KC area, my husband and I stumbled on this cafe for lunch. The ambiance is cafeteria; the prices fair and the food is wonderful. We both took food home as we didn't want to leave any behind--they have generous portions and authentic flavors. Don't miss the tea! It looked like they were short-staffed, but... More

I am persian and I can say this is authentic middle eastern cuisine. Affordable prices and you get great service and delicious food. Try the hummus and gyro meat appetizer.

I was so thankful to see this restaurant on TripAdvisor, because the reviews were spot on! I has the combo appetizer for one, along with the beef shawarma entree, with lentil soup to start. Out of this world flavor really took me aback. The place is located in a strip mall, and doesn't look like much, but, as the old... More
