We went for KC Restaurant Week to try OP1906. I was not expecting too much as it was in the Sheraton Hotel and was the hotel main restaurant. I was delightfully surprised. The dishes were amazing. However I was a tad disappointed that many of the items featured on the restaurant week menu were not listed on the regular menu.... More

The restaurant had a nice menu. We had steak and salmon, both delicious. Had appetizers and drinks during Happy Hour. Staff friendly and fun. Nice to eat in our hotel and not have to drive somewhere.

Two of us had the special for the day - Prime Rib with mashed potatoes, salad, mushroom bisque and bread pudding. The potatoes, salad and bisque were unanimous winners! The Prime Rib was fine for me, but my companion had a piece that was so tough it couldn't be cut, even when the waiter brought a sharper knife -- so... More

The cornflake/sage chicken is AMAZING! It is a must have at this restaurant. Worth every penny spent!

Do no hesitate to enjoy any meal in this restaurant. Oftentimes, one may need to leave one's hotel to find quality fare, cut that is definitely not the case with this facility.

Ate the breakfast buffet two mornings. Both times it was very good. Omelet bar very nice. Service was excellent. Had the prime rib buffet one evening formdinner. The meat was good (per BH, I don't eat it) and the salads, three different ones available, were very good. The three vegetables were bad. For one thing the three vegetables were mashed... More

Had two meals there with beers and cocktails. Staff was attentive, but boarder-line surly. I would say it was a moral problem. The end cut on my buffalo meatloaf was almost burnt. No draft beers, a huge disappointment in these times.

On Friday at 6pm, the eve before Valentine's, my husband suddenly invited me to dinner. After calling several restaurants that were (obviously) booked, we remembered the OP1906 restaurant inside the Sheraton Hotel. The food was delicious, and has always been for lunch or dinner. The Valentine's set menu of $79 per couple was a good value. After starters of crab... More

I stopped by here because it was close to my hotel and I wanted to get some Starwood points. I ordered the salmon salad. This was very good salmon. It was so moist. I don't know why everyone has to have such dry salmon. The waiter was also very attentive and helpful. As far as my points are concerned, I... More
