Try delivery or takeout as a yummy savory alternative to pizza. Always just the right smoke and balance with their meats. Tender burnt ends great turkey and of course juicy pulled pork. Sides are fun and creative like fried corn or broccoli salad. I am addicted to true pulled pork tacos

I live out of town and had to provide a dish for tailgate. Called and ordered two (2) large containers of Mac and Cheese. It was hot, delivered promptly but didn't realize that it was supposed to be $24 per container. I paid $60+ also, it was bland. Not enough cheesy for everyone's liking. Will def try the restaurant again... More

Don't pass this place up if you like Barbeque!! Fantastic! Everything is great but I especially love the pulled pork and cole slaw. There isn't anything I don't like here! The place looks small from the outside but don't be fooled, plenty of room inside.

Taking the oldest son out to celebrate a promotion of sorts we told him it was 'his pic' today for the meal *fingers crossed* ...you never know where we might end up ;) He chose Biggs BBQ - we were pleased since this is a place we hadn't visited before and BBQ sounded good to us as well. When you... More

Every time I think of Biggs, I think of the free fries they serve before your meal to test the BBQ sauces. I'm all about spice, and I wasn't really impressed with the spice level of their self proclaimed spicy barbecue sauce. Other than that, all of the food there is wonderful along with the service. After five years of... More

Next to the KU campus in Lawrence is a BBQ joint called Biggs. Down home feel, staff very welcoming. Started wit fried pickle spears which were crispy, vinegary and hot. St Louis and baby back ribs were smoked and served dry, add your own sauce, of which there are 3, the KC style tasted the best. Sides served were cole... More

You can go into Bigg's on Thursdays and get a full slab of baby back ribs for $11.99. There is a lot of meat on those baby backs. They offer you three kinds of bbq sauces to go with them as well. The sweet sauce is my favorite. I highly recommend this place. I bet it is fun for KU... More

The ribs were very small, one was burnt. The brisket my husband had was not tender. In my combo rib-turkey dinner, the turkey was tender but the ribs were tough. Told the wait staff and were given 3 more ribs like we already had. The baked beans were good, the other sides were just average. When we shared our impressions... More

Food was terrific, prices were moderate, but check arrived before we finished eating, so I guess we don't want any dessert or another drink

The barbecue is decent- nothing special- but you can get fried corn on the cob, which is pretty much a reason to go.
