Great Steak but place needs a good cleaning.

We ate there on a Wed night, a little late for supper. It was kinda spooky because we were the only customers in the whole restaurant. However, we wanted to try it because they had advertised 21 day aged steaks. The steaks were awesome! Prices were a bargain. However, the place needed a good... read more

The buffet was so picked over and bare we opted to order from the menu. The waitress said the chicken fried steak was the most popular dish. We order two. The meat was encased in a huge coating of deep fried breading; when you chipped the breading away the portion of meat was literally 1/4 the size of the entire... More

Well, the steaks were lousy. Simple as that. For a town out west, noted for beef and all that comes with it, we were profoundly disappointed. Yes, it is convenient to the hotel, but take the effort and drive elsewhere

The breakfast was hot and tasty, the dinner was awesome. The steaks were fork tender and extremely tastee I was surprise; but this meal was the highlight of my trip.

We stayed in the hotel so we had breakfast in the attached restaurant. The food wasn't great. We chalked it up to breakfast buffet fail. We tried it for dinner the next night. Getting seated took ages because there was no hostess to be found. You could tell the waitress didn't want to be there. Once again the food wasn't... More

We had the free breakfast. Oh so good. Made our stay extra special. Not your regular free breakfast not continental. Real homemade. Biscuits fluffy and the gravy like my granny made. French Toast soft and tasty. No pictures we ate it up before we thought of pictures.

We had breakfast at the Dodge House Restaurant. In general the breakfast was substandard. Soggy scrambled eggs, tough pancakes, bitter biscuits, and no fruit selection.

I noted about the bad breakfast in the hotel review. We did try to eat one dinner here. My wife's $16 steak was so tough we couldn't cut it with steak knives and she ended up leaving it with one bite taken. They served bake potatoes but they had no butter or sour cream. No rolls. We thought we might... More

While in Dodge City, my family stopped here for dinner. While the waitress was a sweet girl, her demeanor did not compensate for the overall experience. While bringing our drinks, she spilled part of a glass of water and a cup of coffee. She wiped the table, but did not replace the drinks or clean the ice off the floor.... More

At the tavern part of the restarant the bartender was taking his time. He spent most of the evening on his i pad. He had 5 customers, and we all had to interrupt him on his i pad to get a drink refill or order food. It was ridiculous. In the morning the restaurant serves brunch. Its pretty good. average....
