Great Mexican food. Nice variety, hot and plentiful. The locals know it well! It is always busy even though it's sort of hidden in a motel.

My wife and I both raved at the delightful red sauce that accompanied the complimentary chips. The restaurant boasts quite a large menue, but we decided to split a chicken fajita. It was more than enough for both of us. And the price was very decent. We were especially impressed with the excellent guacamole...fresh and tasty. We had the corn... More

When I checked in at the Hampton Inn at the next exit, the front desk recommended this place. I decided to try it. It was very busy on a Friday night. She said that it is hard to get at seat at lunch. I would have never tried a place at the hotel where it is located. Decor isn't too... More

We stopped in Colby as a good break between Kansas City and Denver. The food was authentic. The sauces were tasty. There was a small but interesting vegetarian section with spinach enchiladas which were really nice mixed vegetable enchiladas. We would come again. There are no vegan options.

This restaurant was recommended by a local and we're glad we tried it. Authentic and delicious. The atmosphere was a bit cold feeling. Location is in a hotel banquet room. Service was excellent too!!

I had two weeks of luncheon specials and each was different and delicious. Large portions--could take enough home to eat for supper. Fresh ingredients and friendly waiters. Mexican food with enough American selections on the menu for all family members.

We were in the mood for some Mexican food so we decided to try El Dos De Oros. First of all its attached to a hotel so it actually looked like it's in an old meeting room. Not a big deal but after waiting 15 minutes for a table I was hoping that we would see why they were ranked... More

We had fast service, and hot food. They are just like every other Mexican restaurant you find in your own home town. Consistently okay.
