Best pulled pork we've ever had. Beef was very good too. Fries were crisp and not greasy. Sauce is tangy and sweet. Did not try the hot sauce. Prices were about right for the Kansas City area

I was not overly impressed. The flavor was fair, but for this to have such high ratings I expected more, its a fun stop off the beaten path, but not quite up to the hype.

Some of the best BBQ I've had, and I've had a lot. Funky down home place with friendly people. I've given up on trying to find anything other than BBQ in Kansas City that's decent to eat. I've tried Mexican, Thai, and Chinese and nothing beats good old KC BBQ.

The small ultimate destroyer is plenty of food to feed 2 people. The "crummy Bob" sauce made with cloves and cinnamon is very yummy. Perfect hot and sweet sauces. Baked beans are awesome, we stop here everytime we travel to Oklahoma. The staff and owners are so friendly and make you feel very welcome!

Saw this place and the "Ultimate Destroyer" challenge on a popular food show on TV and just had to come see it for ourselves. The challenge is for one person to eat a simple 12" hoagie sandwich that has 4.5 pounds of various meats, sauce and bread slices. You also get one and a half pounds of fries and four... More

You know the old saying, "Different strokes for different folks" this is my take on Papa Bob's. I ordered a slab of ribs and a couple of sides to go. I was not fond of their BBQ sauce, the ribs were very well cooked, tender, but not over cooked. For the most part, I enjoyed the ribs, I did use... More

The hospitality of papa bob and his wife made the food even tastier. The pulled pork and the different sauces were amazing. Horseradish pickles were new to us and we loved them. The beans were savory with a kick and the slaw was smooth. We couldn't have been happier!
