We chose Red Robin and wish we had gone somewhere else. The appetizers were cold. The room was very loud and it was difficult to carry on a conversation across the table. My hamburger came with more than I had asked for on it, and I would have sent it back but our server was missing in action for most... More

Hamburgers are always good. Fries are too. They offer bottomless or endless fries and if you're really hungry when you get there, you can ask to get some fries to munch on before you actually get your burger. My burger was big enough to satisfy.

I eat at Red Robin whenever I get a chance to go to West Des Moines. I always get the Whiskey River BBQ burger and it is so delicious. They have bottomless fries or you can even substitute for things like bottomless broccoli. The atmosphere is great. The restaurant is very neat looking, and I've always been greeted immediately. There... More

My friend and I go here fairly frequently for our monthly lunch. I don't eat much red meat but want a burger fix on occasion. This restaurant fits the bill. There a tons of restaurants to choose from in the Jordan Creek area. Since this is a chain, you will know the menu. If a cut above fast food burger... More

We walked in and were greeted immediately. The place looked nice and the staff was very prompt. The menu was awesome looking. The burgers came and looked great. Very nice presentation. Only one big problem. The burgers were not only small, but were very low quality beef. I expected a high quality burger for 10-13 dollars!

After craving a good burger we decided to try Red Robin. It was dinner hour on a Saturday night so we were told it would be a twenty minute wait. But much to our pleasure, a couple minutes later we were seated. We had an order of onion rings for an appetizer. The menu said they were $5 but when... More

It took our server forever to take our order bring drinks and bring us our check. I don't mind waiting but the wAits were excessive. The food was expensive for what you got it was just ok because of this we will not be back.

I took my 12 year old daughter here to eat this past weekend. It was a very busy Saturday night at Red Robin. We had to wait approcimately 25 minutes for the two of us to be seated, but it is worth it. We ordered the short stack of onion rings as an appetizer. Each of us had cheeseburgers. The... More

My sister-in-law and mother-in-law took me to Red Robin for the first time for a birthday lunch. I tried their speckled lemonade, which the server told me is 10x more popular than their berry limeade. It was delicious, and it's free refills, even to go. It' pricey, at $4, but is worth the cost. I had the clam chowder as... More

Ate there twice. First time we had salads since we arrived late at night and wanted something light. Went back and sat at the bar and our bartender/waitress was very good. Although she was very busy, she took care of us. Was willing to change the TV channel to accommodate us. Food arrived hot and very good.
