Great Mexican food, this is one of my families favorite local Restaurants. The food is always good, the service is very polite, we have never had any issues. The prices are great, it is nice to have a place to take the family for good food at a nice price.

We chose to branch out of our favorite Mexican restaurant and see what else was out there, and that landed us here. This cozy, and it is quite cozy Mexican restaurant is pretty good. We sat down and was waited on right away, we got the usual chips and salsa. After we ordered though our wait was longer than the... More

Always friendly. Always fast. Great lunch place. Prices are reasonable so you can take the whole family. Mexican music piped in which I enjoy.

Food is flavorful and made fresh. It can take awhile to get your meal. The chips are salsa are awesome! Love the salsa. We have had many different dishes here and nothing has disappointed. If you take your kids make sure they aren't starving as the food can take so time to get. Service is usually friendly and prompt.

They offer a large menu with many seafood options. Everything I've tried had been delicious. Their margaritas are the best in cedar rapids.

We stopped here after reading the other reviews. Concerned about the wait time some people complained about I set the timer on my phone. It took 19 minutes for our food to reach the table. We were seated immediately when we walked in the door. The food is delicious and so fresh tasting! You could really tell it was homemade... More

We had a nice lunch. Had a BOGO coupon so ate two lunches for $6 plus tip. Good service. I had the chicken enchiladas with mole. The mole had good depth of flavor. This place is one of the better choices for Mexican food in the metro area.

Just to do something different, we tried out this Mexican restaurant after multiple recommendations. YUM! My partner and I ordered drinks (get the one that is made in the terra cotta cup, so fresh!) snacked on chips and salsa until our "Seafood for Two" dish made it's way to our table. I let our a 'holy [--]' as the giant... More

El Perico is located near the downtown Marion Square. This used to be a combination market and restaurant, but has been remodeled to seat more people in three distinct areas. The staff is very friendly and the food is superb and cooked fresh for each and every order. The food is delcious and definitely worth the wait of the cooking... More

This location housed a great Chinese restaurant in my childhood. Now it's the home of an authentic Mexican restaurant in Marion, IA. Some menu items take a long time to make, so if you're in a hurry ask the server what they can prepare a bit faster. Good food does take time, though. Used to house a grocery store as... More
