Went back to give them a second chance after getting ribs that were sour and tough ... and what do you know, same outcome. Never going back.

If you want great barbecue without a lot of fuss, Cactus Bob's is the place to go. You're not going to find anything pretentious, just good old down home barbecue.

Haven't had any entre' that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. Corn bread muffins are best I've had. No frills at Cactus Bob's, but that isn't what I'm looking for in a BBQ joint!

I would only recommend this place if you would like an obviously pre-baked, cold corn muffin that was wrapped in saran wrap and thrown on your tray or maybe if you enjoy the texture or flavor of crumbled up saltine crackers on top of your otherwise flavorless mac and cheese. Very very disappointing and I will not go there again... More

Recently have made renovations to add more seating and really makes it a nice friendly restaurant. Loved the chicken strips but the fries aren't the best.

Good BBQ, what I really like is the chips that come as a side, they use a seasoning, almost like a all season or a mrs. dash or something, yummy chips! simple BBQ, they have expanded their site so the inside is much bigger, which makes it much less cramped in there, it's in a strip mall, and it's the... I've been to Cactus Bob's a couple of times over the last month and ordered the tenderloin sandwich both times. It's very large and has heavy breading on it. They only serve sweet pickles here, and I'm not a fan. Both the sandwich and the breaded mushrooms really made my stomach hurt as they hold a lot of grease from... More

The homemade fries are good, the sandwich with two sides is a good value. The beans are tasty but vary between no heat and a bit of heat/spice. They are good but more consistent would be better. Brisket is delicious and always consistent. There are four sauces on each table and a selection of hotter ones available with ratings of... More

Variety of sauces with varying degrees of heat. Sweet pickles are always interesting. All around this is a solid, inexpensive BBQ option. Probably not as good as Smokey D's, but its definitely worth a visit. They recently expanded so there should be plenty of room night and day.
