Very good food with a little spin on traditional plates. Good service and has a nice atmosphere. Have been pleased each time we have visited.

Joined colleagues for dinner and had a blast. The food was to die for, we shared their famous Mac& Cheese, steak and fries. The service was impeccable ( thanks Joe).

Great food and atmosphere. Something a little different, but not too far out for the average diner. Just a nice twist on traditional menu items. Shrimp Voodoo is awesome!

I have eaten here on several occasions. I am also gluten free. Atlas always makes my burrito without the tortilla and leaves off the onion strings. It is still delicious and filling! The wait staff always seems to understand what gluten free is and is happy to accommodate.

I have had other food from Atlas over the years, and nothing stood out... but I just tried the Buffalo Chicken Burrito after years of hearing others rave about it... and I have one question for myself: why haven't I tried this dish sooner?!!! The Buffalo Chicken Burrito with ranch dressing and extra crispy onion rings is a great buy... More

While the level of service varies greatly depending on who is your waiter (college students all, hence the unpredictability and constantly changing FOH staff), the food never fails to satisfy and please. Excellent use of flavors and spices. Creative and well crafted cocktails. My dining companions had the salmon and pork tenderloin - both cleared their plates completely. I I... More

On making our trip across the country we had stopped in Iowa city Iowa for one night. We ask the front desk clerk at the hotel of a recommendation of good food with a bar in the local area. The Atlas was recommended. It is located in the downtown area near the university. At first we were skeptical since we... More

I always stop in at Atlas when I'm in the area or passing through on 80. Given how rich the area is in agriculture, I'm surprised at how many restaurants in IC are using industrial (Sysco, IBP) food sources--Atlas doesn't do that. I love the local elk they get here, and local greens and other ingredients. The simple things like... More

I have been here many times, and have not ever been disappointed. I have liked everything I have tried. They have specials that change seasonally (some creole inspired dishes around March help satisfy my year-long craving for cajun food). But in all honesty, the real reason we continue to come here is the fruit plate. We have a toddler. Toddlers... More

Been there with groups and for special events, food has always been quite good. They have a varied menu, presentation is good, service has always been very good. The menu has enough variety to enjoy something you like!!
