TPC is one of better sports bars

Two big screens, lots of little screens, great sound system, good food selection, great food preparation, fun employees, and one of best servers in the Tristates.......Christine has worked the football games all season. The space is beautiful, comfortable, and lovely. Service was clumsy. Water and soft drinks were left unfilled.Parts of the meal never arrived or arrived very late. The menu is outdated. The charcuterie plate has been on the menu for over a year and not available. I have gone with several different groups and every time the steaks are over cooked and... More

She is efficient, friendly and energetic, doing the work of 3 or 4 in most restaurants. My favorite is the Bourbon burger and Guinness.

We dined at Champagne, December 10th. On a Wednesday night we counted about a dozen diners. We don' t understand why this place remains undiscovered. The food was outstanding. I had the rack of lamb. It was cooked to perfection and the crust was truly a delight. One of the best racks of lamb I have experienced. My wife had... More

The food here was good, if not a little pricey. The restaurant is laid out to be atmospheric, but there weren't many in so it is difficult to say whether it may have been. Although labelled as fine dining, the staff all seemed to wearing jeans, which seemed a bit odd.

For the past umpteen years, me and my flying adventurers have been joining our Dubuque family for wonderful dinners and entertainment. 2014 did not disappoint!!! To start, the bartender's Vodka Martini, extra dry with 3 olives, would have made Bond himself tear-up. Fantastic! The crab cake appetizers, amazing.... as good if not better than any I've had on the gulf... More

Shared an amazing meal with champagne, great wines, seafood, steak...anything you could imagine at a long table in front of the fireplace. The food was wonderful, and the service was amazing. Bar and wait staff treated us so well, we felt like we were the only guests in the restaurant. The chef even made us cherries jubilee table-side, and the... More

With friends from Texas in town for one night only, this was an obvious choice! Starting with a glass of champagne, we sat near the fire and enjoyed unique appetizers. A Jordan cab was the perfect bottle to accompany our beautifully-plated entrées. The cherries jubilee was a stunning and delicious way to end our meal. I highly recommend Champagne for... More

My husband and I met up with my sister-in-law to research some family history nearby and found this absolute GEM!!!! We got a lovely glass of champagne (choice of dry or sweet) and a good label…it was a good French champagne. We were seated at a lovely table near the fireplace area. The table was beautifully appointed with real tablecloth,... More

My family and friends enjoy every moment at Champagne from the time we enter the door, greeted with a glass of champagne to the moment they say goodby to us as we leave full, happy and relaxed. As you walk to your comfortable table, the professional pianist plays on the grand piano. The lighting and mood has been created for... More

Champagne has an excellent prix fixe menue for January 2013. With a beef and fish option we chose the fish and were rewarded with excellent food at an unbelievable value. We are planning on returning in February to see what the new offerings will be.
