Good Food - Don't get your cell phone out or you will be yelled at from across the room!

I had the trio (Smoked Chicken, Ribs, and Brisket). All were cold, and had little to no flavor - even lacking salt. Anyone who thinks that this dish is good probably has never had good BBQ.

Owner is super nice and the food never disappoints. Plenty of great appetizers like the smoky chicken dip. Ribs are good, brisket is good flavor but sometimes a little dry. Overall an excellent place to eat.

We were here with a group of adult friends, 6 of us total at a table. We had finished a decent meal and were visiting and having drinks when the owner came over to us and and asked how our meals was. When we replied that it was good he stated "Well I'm glad it was good, now I need... More

Awesome dinner tonight!! My wife had catfish that was wonderful and I had the smoked brisket that just melted in my mouth.... Did not even need a knife!! The wait staff was wonderful... And sure glad we had reservations!! Not required if you get there early enough!!! Wonderful atmosphere until a large group came in... But really no big deal!!... More

What a treat to have dinner at Flying Mango after a long drive. Very hopping place! Food was amazing. I had the grilled catfish, cornbread, oven roasted apples slices, and cole slaw and my fiance got the chicken creole with red beans and rice. The favors were out of this world! Great atmosphere too! So happy we decided to check... More

Had the beef platter. 3 ribs, sausage and brisket. Sides of greens and red beans and rice. Sides were excellent. All meat items were extremely dry. Service was excellent and speedy. Price was 20% over quality. Thanks. Mike Kelly

This has become one of our fav family get together spots, I've also enjoyed it with friends, girls night out, first dates, etc.... perfect spot for nearly... More

Saturday night dinner date with my daughter to the Flying Mango ... a DM restaurant she had heard a lot about and wanted to visit. We were not disappointed one bit!! Tried the mussel appetizer ... Delicious with just enough "zing " in the sauce but not too much to overpower the true flavor of the mussels. The same could... More
