Very good sandwitxhes

Stopped in for carry-out. Sandwiches were all very good. Philly highly recommended. Excellent spot on Decorah's downtown.

Great little eatery in Decorah. Had a half-rack of ribs, and caprese tomatoes and cuke slices. Ribs had a smokey flavor but not overpowering the meat, which was falling off the bone. Ribs were sauced just right - enough you could taste it, but it didn't drown out the ribs. The tomatoes seemed not all that fresh, but the vinaigrette... More

Stopped for a quick lunch with my children and parents. The menu had enough variety to satisfy everyone's tastes. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. The cucumber salad was obviously freshly made and very good.

I stopped here for a quick lunch, and had the fish chowder. Wow ! Tasty and home made. I just was not expecting such quality, tasty, and, yes, cheap food. As others have mentioned, there is much to do and see in Decorah. It is a shame that there is no commercial air service or nearby Amtrak - you need... More

Stopped for lunch and got the Jump and Shout sandwich. It was delicious with a spicy kick. The sandwiches are all very affordable averaging in the $6 range. Sit down service which gives you a chance to study their offerings. Great experience!

This restaurant serves homemade soups, salads, and sandwiches. The fish chowder is superbly rich, creamy and flavorful! The fish tacos are huge and tasty! The exhaust fan in the back open kitchen must not work well, our clothing smelled for hours after our lunch there, but it was worth it!

Stopped for lunch- great sandwiches! Would eat here often if I lived in the area. We also loved being able to color during the very short wait for food. Service was great.

Ate lunch here with family and friends. We're a pretty fussy bunch about food, so this place was a great choice. The quality of the food is excellent. Everything is prepared on site. The menu choices vary, with something for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans. I chose the soup of the day, a tasty fish chowder thick with cream and... More

The staff and clientele are friendly! A chef-driven small restaurant, the food is really good and tasty. The daily specials and menu variances keep things interesting. One of the best places to eat, IMHO, in Decorah! Kudos!
